Hit the drive thru for a quick lunch. 3 Bowls of honey sesame chicken and fried rice, 2 orders of spring rolls. We were told it would be 6 minutes for the chicken. No problem. Pulled into the spot waiting for someone to bring out our order. After 10 minutes with no activity, we thought, let’s just go in and check on our order. Walked in, kid behind the counter asked if he could help. We said we were waiting for a drive thru order. The chicken was ready and their serving chafing dish thing was halfway full. So it was done long before 6 minutes. The staff had this, “sorry we forgot about your order” look. Got our food and the quality wasn’t bad, it’s Chinese fast food. But if we didn’t go in to check, we would still be sitting there.

After an unusually long wait in the drive-thru, we did finally get to order. Their intercom system seemed to be having trouble and it was very difficult to hear the team member. Once we got our food, it was pretty typical of the chain. The fried rice was very bland, however.

The rice was dry, unseasoned and the egg was over cooked. The chicken was chewy, greasy and full of gristle. Won’t be returning.

They never have white rice, the chow mien is 70% cabbage and 30% noodles. Portions are super inconsistent and the food is hit and miss. They will randomly run out of orange chicken and tell you to wait 15 minutes. Staff are hit and miss. Pretty mediocre place but we go here a lot because there aren’t many alternatives.

Good food. Average service. Avoid the drive thru before 3pm, its slow as molasses. Go inside and you’ll probably get in, out and on the road before you would have through the drive thru.

Went through drive through and was asked to pull into a parking spot. I asked for teriyaki sauce for my chicken and he said ok. I waited 15 minutes only to get half to Franklin and have no sauce or even a fork to eat with. Food was hot

Food was great. Staff was courteous and working hard. I feel the majority of their emphasis is placed on the drive through and door dash. They literally fill 3-4 drive through orders to 1 dine in. Felt deprioritized. Other than that a good experience.

Staff is always courteous but they are always out of whatever your first and second choices are. They might as well take white rice, mushroom chicken, and string bean chicken off the menu. They are always out of these items at lunch time. You can ask what they do have available and they’ll say everything else do you make a second choice and they tell you that’ll be a 12 minute wait. I enjoy the staff but don’t understand why they are always out of the items you ask for.
