WHAT ARE Y’ALL DOING?!
Okay—now that I have your attention
There is a young gentleman working the drive-through cash register who absolutely deserves a raise.
He asked about my pup, was incredibly kind, personable, and made the entire experience genuinely memorable. This wasn’t a one-time thing either—I’ve had him help me on multiple, completely different occasions, and every time he is consistently warm, positive, and engaging. I actually recognize him now because of how kind he always is.
Customer service like that is rare. He brings such a positive energy and truly seems like a great person through and through. Employees like him make people want to come back.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to check his name tag because we were having such a good conversation—but he was working the drive-through around 4:30 PM on December 13, 2025.
I really hope this message reaches the right people. Please recognize him—he is doing an amazing job and deserves to be acknowledged (and rewarded!). Thank you!

My family and I eat at this Panda at least once a week. The food is usually good. I don’t complain often, but I have sent Panda an email about the amount of cabbage in the noodles. They never responded. Tonight was one of those. Are you kidding me nights. When we got home to open our food, it was easily 80% cabbage. Like quality control should be better. Empty all the extra cabbage out from the bottom of the bowl, something. It is quite ridiculous to order noodles and get an order of cabbage, huge pieces of cabbage at that. C’mon, Panda, let’s do better! My husband gets half and half rice/noodles and he maybe had 10 noodles in his box. Mine was basically cabbage. Pictures for proof.

I picked up my food and brought it home on March 4, 2026 at 5 pm. I trusted that my food would be prepared correctly. My cream cheese wontons were burnt on top, my egg rolls were also burnt. Not just crispy but burned. The rice in the fried rice was definitely overcooked because there were burned pieces that were probably scraped off the bottom of the pan. I paid over $30 for 2 meals and appetizers. That’s too much to be paying for burned food. The quality of food has declined at this location.

Tonight for example I saw them get my order, the whole thing was waiting right inside the window for around 5 minutes while nobody came to take my payment or hand it to me.
The wait had been really long as well and I was wondering why. Guessing that was happening repeatedly.
When I go inside it’s fine usually, only delays if there’s food waiting to be cooked which I understand. But when my complete order is ready, please let me pay and go.

I stopped to buy Panda Express on my way home tonight, and I have to say I am extremely pleased. The food was fresh and Tony is an amazing guy, extremely nice and cooked my Beijing beef fresh in the wok even though they were close to closing. I highly recommend, I wish every person was this friendly and accommodating and I greatly appreciate him taking the time to fresh prepare the food for me this close to closing. Good food and great customer service. I will be back.. Thanks Tony, you are Very much appreciated!

I took a 17 minute drive south to get to Panda-Spring Hill at opening. The website said they opened at 9:30. I arrived at 9:45. I ordered a two item plate of teriyaki chicken, chow mein and white rice. They said it is “made to order” in the morning and they only had two items available. It was going to be a 20 minute wait for my son’s birthday lunch. I couldn’t wait. So disappointed!!
Either you open at 9:30 or you don’t! I don’t understand what made to order is. Ridiculous. This should be clarified on the website.

First off,I was in the Restaurant industry for nearly 15 years,mostly in Management,and I try to write mostly positive reviews.
It seems every time I come here there’s always an issue,either waiting for a long period,out of something,miscommunication,forgot to include certain items for my order or bad food Qaulity,I have ate here roughly once or twice a month for the last couple years and there’s always something,its also crazy to wait for 2 different entrees during the first hour of being open,definitely should have the steam table filled the first few hours of being open,not to mention there was barely anyone in the parking lot and Noone in the drive thru,yet it took 15 minutes to even get someone to take my order (with little to no customers in sight),this same scenariohas happened atleast 6 or 7 times,I highly doubt I’ll be back to this location,ive been very patient and its just not working,one positive detail is that everyone is usually friendly,just lacking on everything else.

Gross. You know that stuff you scrape off the bottom of the pan that normally goes in the trash? This place served it to me instead. Tasted old, rice was all broken up and sticky. Giant hard chunks perfect for breaking your teeth on. I gave this place a second chance after a bland meal, never again.

We travel around a lot. We often stop at panda, they are clean and there is real food at a decent price. They are often just ok. This is the best one we’ve been to in years. The last really good one was in NYC. I highly recommend this location.

I went to get lunch yesterday through the drive thru with a coworker around 11:00-11:30 am. We got back to work and I opened my box to see there was a metal wire on top of my chicken. It looks to be a piece of wire from a scrub brush from washing dishes. I have tried calling the restaurant over ten times but call don’t go through. I will be contacting corporate!
