The “manager” pictured denied my service due to wanting to change my order after receiving small scrapes and I requested something else.

This is a great location. The customer service and employees are always excellent. The store is always clean. It is in a great location for grabbing go lunch in the Cool Springs area. The food is always hot and fresh. If you were in the area and looking for a decent Chinese meal, this is a good place to stop by.

The bathrooms were not working so the dining area was closed. It wasn’t the fault of the employees but it was still a pour experience. The sud standard food was on the employees. The fried rice didn’t have much flavor and the crab rangoon was cold and also flavorless. I believe this will be our last visit to Panda.

The store refused to give me service due to being up-charged and wanting to change the order. The Hispanic lady who was a manager didn’t even have a name tag and kicked me out of the store simply due to an up charge I was unaware of.

I went here to order three meals to go. Just a little wait to order. Reasonable portions and prices. Good service though when I got back to work, I didn’t have my dipping sauce. No complaints from the others and food tasted fine.
