Good service and fresh food. I ordered online, and arrived earlier than the quoted time. I was greeted prompted and they checked on my order. Food was ready on time, and was all between hot and perfectly warm.

Portion control needs to be better. I ordered the family meal with 2 sides of chow mein. When the employee was filling the box the noodles were so skimpy I had to ask for him to fill it more which he did. After all that the box still wasn’t full. It was maybe 85-90% full and weighed 15oz.
I shouldn’t have to ask for the box to be filled to the top.

It’s always one thing or another here , unless you go during the day while the female drive threw workers are working , if not the chow mein would have been sitting since the night before or the orange chicken will be as chewy as gum.

There was a mistake with my delivery, and they fixed it immediately, even offered me a drink and an appetizer while I waited! Excellent service, the manager was amazing!

Definitely one of the worst Panda Express restaurants I’ve visited. I’ve already left feedback on the website. The tldr is poor protein portion. And this isn’t my first visit here, so I’m disappointed.

Where to start. Ordered a big plate with 3 items and a regular plate with 2 items. Picked up outside restaurant. Got home and discovered I had two regular plates and was ripped off on the third. Oh well then we started to eat – this food had been in a warming pan for a loooooong time. The chicken was shrivelled and dry quite rubbery and hard to chew. The rice was dry again from long time string around. I chucked the remainder in garbage and for 20.00 in garbage food I could have gone to Kroger and bought frozen microwave which actually would have been better than the garbage I was sold.

Their staff was so kind, fast, helpful and food was fresh. I sat inside while eating witnessed how they worked hard to prepare fresh food. Restaurant and bathroom were super clean. Great atmosphere and appreciate that Panada has sinks kids can easily reach as well as seating comfortable for kids and adults (tables aren’t too high and chairs aren’t too low.) Never write reviews but this was a great experience.

We arrived at 6:15, and they were out of string bean chicken and beef and broccoli. Okay I’ll get orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, my wife got a side of fried rice and spring rolls. We get to the window and pay, then I ask for sauce – they are completely out of teriyaki sauce and sweet and sour. Whatever, we leave with our food and realize there are no spring rolls or fortune cookies in the bag. We have to drive back and wait in the drive through to get the spring rolls and I ask for a few fortune cookies. Out of them too, says the clearly high cash register operator. So we get home and the fried rice is completely burnt and too hard to even chew. I will never go to this restaurant again and urge every one else to stay far far away!!

I ordered in the drive-through and ordered a plate and asked for one entrée and my rice to be in the big container and to put my second entrée in the smaller container when I got my food I noticed that the smaller container was itty-bitty like if I had ordered three sides. And then I saw they had put a bunch of food in the big container which I then looked at the receipt and saying they charge me for the bigger plate three items. I went back inside to try to figure it out because I was charged a little more and as I tried to speak to who I assume was the manager manager, she was a Spanish lady, she called the girl that was working in the window owner, which was another Spanish lady as they spoke Spanish to each other. I was trying to explain to her that I just had order a plate with two entrées with one and the rice and the big one and the second I’ll try another one and it’s supposed to be a bigger box a bigger container for that second side And that I wasn’t supposed to have the double entrée that was in a container. Either way they snickered while speaking Spanish and I asked what that was about and and I said well I can’t understand. Can y’all speak English and the manager started arguing with me that she could speak English fine And started being rude and loud as I was walking out the door at this point she still tell me goodbye have a good day and yelling and screaming it across the restaurant at me telling me is she could speak English. Obviously, she took offense to something, but why should I have to deal with that kind of situation Over such a New issue? She wanted her and the other Spanish girl and one of the cooks to argue with me so it wasn’t worth the fighting any longer. Will not be going to Panda Express anymore they are not that much cheaper than good Chinese restaurants
