I stopped in during lunchtime and was the only customer inside the store. I walked up to the counter and stood there waiting, yet the employee chose to ignore me being there first and serve a drive-thru customer first through her headset.
While I was standing there, she gave away the last portion of teriyaki chicken—the entire reason I came in. By the time she finally acknowledged me, they were out.
It’s ridiculous that a customer physically standing in front of the counter, ready to pay, is treated as lower priority than a drive-thru order. Even worse, having only enough teriyaki chicken for one order during peak lunch hours shows poor planning.
In-store customers should not be ignored, and basic inventory management during lunch should be expected. Very disappointing experience.

I appreciate businesses and expansions. It is a very convenient location. Not a great drive thru design. Tried ordering thru their app, but it didn’t work out. The family meal was listed for $5 less on the app. Ended up walking in to the restaurant. Got 2 kids meal instead. Very small portion size. Foods looked delicious, but was told the noodles were very dry and flavor less. Their sides were good. Would only go back if the girls are starving and request Panda Express.

I went to panda express and got a plate from drive thru. I ordered half and half for my side and entrees i ordered orange chicken and kung Pao. there is barely any chow mein. Plate with filled cabbage and onions that they put in the chow mein. And talking about kung pao chicken all i got is peanuts and some vegetables not any chicken. I do not understand why not just tell the customer that we are running out of the dish so that we don’t end up getting what u don’t have and pay for it. Please do Better Panda Express. I would recommend going inside and getting your food. You don’t know what you will get from Drive thru. I Paid $12.92 for bunch vegetables. WORST Experience!

Always old. Always. Over the past year I’ve gone here less and less. Yet every time I’ve gotten some, it’s something that’s been sitting for AT LEAST 45 mins, it looks/tastes like it at least. Respectfully, I don’t want soggy and off tasting food, that’s not cheap, thanks.

*BEWARE*

A Cautionary Tale at Panda Express on Madison Street in Clarksville.

Stepping into Panda Express on Madison St, I anticipated the warm embrace of savory Burbon Chicken and the zesty kick of that gelatinous goodness we ALL love, Orange Chicken.

Instead, I was met with a culinary misadventure that left both my stomach and taste buds in a state of confusion and concern.

✅ Food Safety: The cornerstone of any reputable eatery is the assurance that the food served is not only delicious but, above all, safe to consume. Unfortunately, both chicken dishes failed to meet this basic criterion, presenting a gooey texture that betrayed their undercooked nature and a temperature that was alarmingly cold to the touch.

✅ Customer Experience: Dining out is more than just a meal; it’s an experience that should leave patrons eager to return. This visit, however, was memorable for all the wrong reasons. The lackluster presentation and questionable quality of the food significantly tarnished what could have been a delightful meal.

✅ Brand Loyalty: Trust is the foundation of brand loyalty, and every dish served is a promise of quality from the franchise. This experience has shaken my faith in Panda Express, making me reconsider future visits and the safety standards I expect from a well-known brand that I normally frequent with my son, at minimum, once per week.

In conclusion, the Panda Express on Madison St in Clarksville, Tennessee, has much to improve upon.

Thoroughly cooking chicken is not just a preference; it’s a health imperative. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the establishment to elevate their cooking standards and prioritize the well-being of their customers.

Family Memories
Was told to wait because nothing was ready. No prob. Then they forgot about me sitting outside and had to go in to get my box that was just sitting on the counter. No customers in the building or drive thru and the manager was eating as well as other staff members eating pieces of chicken BEHIND the counter. I dont care that the staff eats, im glad they do, just take care of the customers first and dont leave them outside waiting after a hard day’s work. Your job isn’t to eat your free food, its to take care of customers. They even forgot my teriyaki sauce. Even though I had to wait for fresh food to be cooked, it was still cold when I got it. This is the 4th time this happened in the past probably month, no exaggeration. At this point its my fault that i keep visiting this place. As much as I love the food, my time is important and don’t have time to play games and be forgotten about while you take my money. I’ll just learn to live without Panda express in my life. It’s a shame because I’ve loved this company for years. It’s amazing what a staff that doesnt care will do to a business…and they are even paid better than most.

Typical fast food chinese… hit or miss as to whether food is fresh. Pretty stingy on main course, will fill your plate/bowl with old noodles and put 5 pieces of chicken on it.

I came in on the weekend and wow! Everyone was so friendly when taking my families order. They were able to move their line fast while being attentive to each one of us. The food was delicious, hot and fresh! Will definitely be making this place a part of our weekly rotation.

I usually have a good experience but last night when I ordered take out it made me have diarrhea in the road and at home after eating Panda Express. The noodles smelled funny so I’m not sure what made me sick.
