I recommend this facility in Troy Alabama. The cashiers are very knowledgeable at the food that they serve and calorie intake. They also serve meat products and also products without meat which pleases my wife. As I said before I do recommend this place as my wife is very happy with the selections. Don’t like being lied to. Not eating carbs so I ordered “super greens” as my side. The nice lady behind the counter tried to persuade me to get he noodles or rice, as the greens bowl was currently empty. I told that I’d wait for the greens. She said it’s take a really really long time to cook. I said I’d wait. She hemmed and hawed then went to the person cooking and whispered something to them. She finally came back and said they were out of the greens and that I needed to pick something else. So here I sit with a plate full of carbs that I can’t eat and still payed for because of my momentary lapse of thought, it didn’t occur to me to just switch to Ala cart. The rest of the food was good though. Just didn’t like being lied to about them not wanting to cook more. It’s not even close to closing time.

The food is good..IF they have it or you can get them to make it for you. They have taken most of my favorites off the menu. They also begrudge you soy sauce. I know it isnt this restaurant’s fault but the food here is really over priced. I could go and have a sit down dinner at a real Chinese restaurant for the prices they charge here.

First and probably last experience at panda express. The restaurant itself was nice. We were immediately met with attitude by the girl who helped us. We asked for white rice and she immediately snapped she might be able to scrape together one serving. She also talked so quiet it was near impossible to hear her. When I sat down the beef I order tasted burnt and the chicken was so full of hard fat and cartilage I spit out more than I actually ate. As we were eating our food in the dining area we heard the same girl giving an elderly veteran a hard time because of his order and was also hard of hearing.

Today…is February 22 2022.. this is the THIRD DAY I’ve been coming to the Troy Ala Panda Express.. only to be told that they are Once again for the Third Day out of grilled chicken!!!!!!!! I asked Jade the young lady who took my order when will they have more.. she was CLUELESS AND UNCONCERN. Of course I called first and was told the the “Store ” order ed 12 boxes of chicken but only one came in.and to get there quickly before it runs out.. this is unexpected and bad for the customers..
