I walked in needing to update my app when The Head Queen was running her mouth nonstop while I was asking her to allow me to update my app when she told me I was being rude when I needed her to allow me to upload the update. She didn’t care if I lived or died !

Update: 7-21-24. My daughter just had surgery yesterday and wanted Panda. I told her of my recent bad experience but that was is what she wanted. Ordered mushroom chicken and orange chicken. Lady taking order said it would be a few minutes for the mushroom chicken. I was fine with that. But mysteriously the order was ready when I pulled up. And Mushroom chicken had a huge piece of collard greens and NO chicken. Orange chicken was a huge congealed mass. Disgusting.
Nope. Not going here anymore. Chow Mein noodles were 90% cabbage along with portions of entrees getting smaller and smaller. I also asked for hot mustard and didn’t get any. I’ll go to Captain D’s across the street.

Definitely do not go here the service was horrible. My family and I went to go eat dinner at 5:35. Doors locked and the employees were giving us dirty looks because we were seeing if they were closed or if the dining room was just closed.

I had a bad experience a few years ago and hadn’t been back until this past week. Really glad I gave it another shot. Food was good, service was good, for a Sunday afternoon it wasn’t busy at all. I’ll certainly put Panda Express Troy back into the rotation.

I recommend this facility in Troy Alabama. The cashiers are very knowledgeable at the food that they serve and calorie intake. They also serve meat products and also products without meat which pleases my wife. As I said before I do recommend this place as my wife is very happy with the selections. Don’t like being lied to. Not eating carbs so I ordered “super greens” as my side. The nice lady behind the counter tried to persuade me to get he noodles or rice, as the greens bowl was currently empty. I told that I’d wait for the greens. She said it’s take a really really long time to cook. I said I’d wait. She hemmed and hawed then went to the person cooking and whispered something to them. She finally came back and said they were out of the greens and that I needed to pick something else. So here I sit with a plate full of carbs that I can’t eat and still payed for because of my momentary lapse of thought, it didn’t occur to me to just switch to Ala cart. The rest of the food was good though. Just didn’t like being lied to about them not wanting to cook more. It’s not even close to closing time.

I always get a nice friendly welcome from Panda Express. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I get the plate and the Mongolian beef with fried rice and spring rolls, with Mandarin teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. My absolute all time Panda Express meal. Definitely recommended

Typically I have a good experience at this location But today, 1222/23. The food was disgusting. No one in the kitchen and the workers were out in the front on their phones. Where the customer said enjoying life, while the fool, a scramble unfresh in the rice was mushy! Tried to call back to tell them they may want to get rid of that rice before More custom have a bad experience
