Not too bad but it would be better if the food was a little more fresh! Staff was excellent super helpful and super friendly! It just felt like eating at a buffet but the food sat around too much! It was delicious I’d go back again, but it’s not what I expected! The employees were amazing! The Jamaican girl was the truth! Like I said staff was amazing! It was just the food it wasn’t bad it just felt like it could be better! I would recommend going here when it’s busy so the pans flip often!

I’m a student at UNA, and I tried the one on campus. This has been my third or so time so far this semester. Each time I felt as if I was getting scammed with the portions. Today I got a plate and on my peppered steak entree literally only had 3 pieces lol, but good news this place is ran by good management. They helped me out, fixed the issue immediately and fixed my plate. You guys should probably just speak up, because the prices and portions don’t match, but obviously they help you out quickly.

It was ok. My family and I have been to Panda restaurants from Hawaii to Georgia. We were excited to find one in Tupelo MS and drove an hour to eat familiar dishes. The food was on the cold side, they were out of chili sauce and sweet&sour packets, and the Kung Pau chicken contained no hot peppers. My kids ate and my wife and I took our food back home to heat it up and add our own chili sauce and sweet sour. Not worth the drive and will not go back again to this restaurant.

I’ve been here twice. They either give you the wrong food, or just don’t have it. I paid for a bowl and they didn’t have shrimp, after receiving the wrong food, I went back in and asked if because they had shrimp now and it would only be an upcharge of a dollar if I could get it on top. Because they can’t refund I was charged 12 dollars for something that should’ve cost 6.

Stopped in Panda express last night. Ordered the firecracker shrimp and the black pepper chicken. Along with the mixed vegetables instead of rice. You can notice everything thing is low cal. About 550 for the entire meal. Except for the fact that the black pepper chicken was only 3 small pieces. And celery along with a few onions. Just because I got it to go does not mean I want to get screwed. This lowered my calorie intake by 200 so my dinner was 350. I like to eat light but this is uncalled for. I will be by today to get my black pepper chicken. And as I live 15 miles away will be the last time through your door.

They are supposed to open at 1030am, but they are never ready. I have a class at 11am, and I have stood in line long enough that I’ve had to leave without eating, and I’ve placed an order right at 1030am and had to wait 30 minutes before I actually got my food–more than once!! The service is horrible; only once has someone apologized for the wait. If you are going to post your hours as opening at 1030am, then be ready for your customers! If I wasn’t such a picky eater, I would find somewhere else to eat in the short break I have between classes, but I guess that’s what they are counting on because this has been going on all semester. If I could give zero stars, I would.

In the past year since they opened..has gone straight down hill. Containers was mostly empty..if we wanted those they would half to cook it….Rice was cold & sticky, only 4 bites of orange chicken the rest was skin an sauce..terrible experience, will not go back!!

Went there at 4:30. Half of the entrées were not available. Some of the ones that were available looked like they had been there too long.
