This Panda Express Location is the worst I’ve ever been to in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee or Florida. It’s like the people that work at this one in Decatur, AL HATE customers. For a place that the food is made already and they just have to slap it in containers it’s insane that they can’t even do that properly. I’ve had orders where the small box was only HALF full for every box and I ordered 2-4 small boxes. If you have ever got something from Panda you know the small is hardly even a full spoon full. The worst part is I would order 3-6 small boxes and fried rice and ask for 10 soy sauce and 1-2 chili or other sauce and they would give me ZERO SOY and 5 sauces that I didn’t even order. I can only guess that this is pure contempt for the customers as they will never get the sauces you want correct and it’s not hard to give someone 7 soy sauces when they spent over $75 on food. This location needs to close and rehire all new employees. Preferably ones that can speak and read instructions.

Came to the beltline location 5/10/24 around 4pm. Ordered the double order honey sesame chicken through drive through. The lady stated it would be a 4 minute wait and to pull up by picnic table, so I did. After about 10 minutes went inside because I noticed the car behind me had gotten food. As I walked in the lady with dark maroon/red hair behind the cash registered handed me my food, and the she walked out the door with another bag of food. I stood there and checked my food noticed the order was incorrect, and the lady who had just handed me my food walks back in with the same bag she took out to another customer and stated that “the lady said it was the wrong order” and proceeds to give me the bag. I stated that I didn’t want that food because she had just given it to another customer, the lady who originally took my order then asked the marron/lady did she touch the food. The lady the said no I said I want the order remade how would she know the order was incorrect had she not touched it. Disgusting and completely unacceptable that I had to ask for food to be remade after the situation that had just took place. Will not be back.

Drive through times are absolutely ridiculous. If you place a mobile order if there is even one person in the line ahead of you go inside otherwise you’ll be in line for way too long. Food is great though but not good enough to wait half an hour in the drive through.

Foods is always great but i’ve witnessed how the people in the front either work slow or just stand around while the people in the back making the food are constantly running and it seems unfair to me also seeing the way the manager has talked to his cooks while there are customers in the lobby that’s disrespectful and uncomfortable for the customers and other workers. seems unprofessional coming from a manager, when clearly the cooks are doing a million things at once and the people serving stand around when there isn’t a line , there should be more teamwork and equality oh and they dont be looking like they got a hair net under hats while serving food

we went about 9 pm and they named of all the things they had but when I started ordering she started saying that they in fact don’t have these items. Long story short, if the owner cares about the success of this establishment then they will swiftly change the current management!

Guess they thought they were slighting me putting all this garlic in my super greens. Funny because I don’t recall there ever being garlic in it.. I actually like garlic. Puts a different twang on it. But what I am concerned about is how im being served old orange chicken at 11am when you just opened.

I did not have the option to give zero stars in my opinion the spaghetti was dry and I ordered broccoli with meat and it was definitely only the broccoli without meat nothing completely nothing last time I order at least in my area. And we didn’t even talk about the shrimp, only four pieces came, definitely nothing to do with what they offer Online
