Very crowded. Staff and servers are friendly and accommodating. Portions are reasonable. The noodles chow mein is very tasty. Fried rice is well cooked too. Orange chicken and teriyaki chicken are also very yummy. I’m very satisfied with the food here. I will definitely return.

Just wanted something quick after a long day at the theme park, and luckily this Panda Express was still open. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious—exactly what we needed!
But what really stood out was the service. The team at this location was so kind, efficient, and on top of everything. Truly top-notch service, and I genuinely want to compliment the whole crew for making our quick stop such a good experience.

When we walked in, we greeted the purple eyeshadow lady (no name tag) with a simple “Hello, good morning, how are you doing?” and were met with absolute silence and the nastiest stare I’ve ever experienced. No greeting back, no smile, no questions about our order—nothing. She didn’t ask what we wanted at all. If we hadn’t been to Panda Express before and already knew how ordering works, we would’ve been completely lost because she did not speak to us even once.
Then at checkout, Brianna was putting everything into the system. As I took my card out, I held it near the card reader—but it was not inserted yet. She immediately stared at me with attitude and snapped that it was “not ready yet” TWICE. I calmly told her I knew and that the card wasn’t in. After that, she completely avoided eye contact, never told me my total, and started practically throwing items onto the tray, clearly upset because she got the same attitude back that she was giving.
To make things worse, the entire floor in the line area was soaking wet with ZERO wet floor signs, which is a huge SAFETY HAZARD.
Overall, this was hands down the worst Panda Express experience I’ve ever had. Rude staff, zero communication, unnecessary attitude, and unsafe conditions. I won’t be coming back to this location, and management seriously needs to retrain their employees on basic customer service and safety.

I had an outstanding experience at Panda Express. The level of service was exceptional, and the quality of the food truly impressed me. Portions were generous, and every item tasted fresh and flavorful.
The restaurant’s atmosphere was welcoming, and the cleanliness throughout the dining and serving areas was impeccable. Andres, the manager, was courteous and professional, he was also my server. He was efficient and attentive, and Bruno provided friendly, top-notch service that enhanced the entire visit.
It is clear this team takes great pride in maintaining high standards of quality, organization, and customer care. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this location.

This Panda Express has REALLY gone down hill. Everytime I’ve gone in the last 2-3 months they give the wrong entree, forget items, the rice is hard, or the order is made wrong. The first time my wife ordered the black pepper sirloin steak which is a premium entree. Instead we were given black pepper chicken. Never was refunded. A couple of times we have ordered 2 chicken egg rolls only to get home and it’s one egg roll. Our 3rd entree if we order a bigger plate is often forgotten where we have to go back in to grab it. The last visit this past Friday afternoon (1/30/26) was the final straw. I ordered Beijing beef and instead received the smallest entree ever of broccoli beef. It was full of broccoli and 3 small pathetic pieces of beef as pictured. Emailed them and took the survey. Nothing done. A free small entree won’t make up for it. My wife’s rice was also hard. Vegetables are mushy. It was a disgusting meal. The scoops for every entree were pathetic as well.
While every other place is shifting to high protein, Panda Express is doing the opposite. I regularly would go to this location several times a month. There have been too many mistakes recently though and nothing done to make any of them right so I’m done with them.

My husband and I went to panda tonignt and order orange chicken and rice. My husband talked about the chicken being soft and I cut one of my chickens in half and I can tell you it did not look cooked. It was pink and soft to the touch.

The food was incredibly fresh and piping hot. The Original Orange Chicken is legendary for a reason—it was perfectly crispy and tangy—but the real surprise was the Honey Walnut Shrimp, which felt like a premium treat. We also appreciated the Super Greens option to balance out the meal with some fresh veggies.
The service was super efficient, even with a line, and the dining room was clean and cool. It felt amazing to get a hearty, filling meal for the family without the “resort prices” or the long wait times.
Pro Tip: If you are feeding a group (4-5 people), order the Family Feast. It comes with three large entrees and two large sides, and it is by far the best value on the menu!

Everything that could be fantastic was. Food was fresh and delicious, service was amazing, and sit down area was clean. Shout out to André and Luisa especially. They were phenomenal and handled a difficult customer with grace and professionalism.

Shocking for fast food Chinese food. Great value for what you pay and how much decent food you get. And add in Orlando Fl where 3 star gas station food is uncharged 10 fold and this is great value. Easy 4 star here. Go you won’t regret it. Get the Ornage Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and the Sesame Chicken. You won’t be disappointed.
