My family and I came in at 10:20 and the whole store was empty. There were barely any food left. The restaurant had 1 hour and 10 minutes left before they closed… not sure how they can’t make a little bit of teriyaki chicken or fried rice. The employee Nakisha told us, “everything you see is what we got.” And she was talking on the headset with other co workers laughing around and was not taking our orders seriously. As we were about to pay, they made a fresh fried rice… mind you, she gave my family and I the bottom of the barrel… didn’t even offer that a fresh one will be ready in less than a minutes. Very unprofessional of the staff tonight. This was my family favorite spot, and we will not come back.

Nakisha is the most unfriendly to customers. As soon as we walked up she shouted out about how she didn’t want to be here. Was very unhelpful to my question and never smiled. She started serving everyone else behind me so I had to get someone else to serve me. Food took so long and no one told us why? I do not recommend visiting this place.

I had never eaten at a Panda Express before and was looking for Chinese food in an area I just moved to. While there is nothing negative about this location or store, it is just the food in general.
As a free standing restaurant I was expecting real Chinese food and instead found it to be food court quality food. Prepared in large batches and served from a hot bar.
I guess this maybe okay for some, but definitely not a fresh prepared Chinese meal. So just be forewarned this is not a traditional Chinese Restaurant when Google searching for Chinese food.

Payed almost 7$ for a small beef an broccoli plate; this is what I got. This won’t feed up a toddler.
The other plate was ok as expected; that one was supposed to be mine; and expected something similar for my lady; I gave her my food; that teeny tiny thing won’t feed a toddler. So at the end I will have to go to 7-11 so I can get a proper adult food for the same price

This is a very clean nice restaurant. There are only 2 servers and a cook. They are very efficient and the wait time is not long. The food is good but the portion is a lot less compared to the many other pandas that I went to. The male server is very knowledgeable. He helps me to navigate through my app. I’d have given this 5 stars. I deduct a star because I got an email offering me a bowl for $1 but it won’t show up. It’s not the server’s fault. It’s Panda express’s computer glitch. The male server has helped me to choose other options. Very helpful.

Girls who serving food have no least of customers service etiquette.
When I start eating my food ; the taste was discussing, no spices, no even salt, it looks like they were in rush to cook that food ; they just want to make it ready, didn’t let the food get cooked in properly time, Chicken teriyaki was uncooked !!
I felt just lost my money !!!!!

Overall the food here is great value for money. We always order half rice and half noodles, and orange chicken with Bejing beef. It usually comes to around $10. There are 2 things I would always be mindful is ordering food within the hour before they shut, the food isn’t always great. Secondly, the last 2 orders over the past few weeks they have totally screwed up the order, either missing food or giving us the wrong order. We’ve only realised when we’ve got home. In future, I will check all my orders before I leave.

Only at the Mall have I eaten at Panda. It’s more of a retail chain of food than actual Chinese American food. They have about 8 or 9 different meals depending on location. I had the Original Orange Chicken with half chow mein and half fried rice and the greens. Let’s just say the fried rice was mixed with some white rice and had no taste. The greens were good and the chow mein was super super dry. The orange chicken was old tasting. It’s a tourist spot so they don’t care I assume. As for anything I will not revisit this location.

Placed an order at this Panda Express by mistake rather than my local one (192 Black Lake). Called them and asked to cancel the order. They said they “couldn’t cancel” because the order was already made. I knew this was a lie because my local location was able to cancel an order after it was already made without an issue. Drove 30 minutes in the rain and rush hour traffic only to get there and they “didn’t have the order” no explanation even though I was told on the phone they couldn’t cancel it. They then refused to refund me because I said “you made me drive 30 minutes and the order isn’t here”. I insisted they refund me, and after recording the entire 5 minute interaction and demanding my refund, they finally refunded me. So I drove all the way there in pouring rain (could have got in an accident) for something they could do over the phone. The entire interaction will be going on my TikTok with the location listed. Glad it didn’t work out though seeing as this location as recently been accused of roaches and given how dirty and lazy the staff was, I’m not at all surprised.
