My son and I take quite a drive to come to this Panda Express. Then when we are eating in we are ordering at least 2x per week. Not only is the food ALWAYS delicious but the staff is wonderful too. I just want whomever is in charge of this location to recognize Chrissy and Jakob. They are just wonderful! I say that because every time we go in they seem to be working and are very pleasant. Whether busy or not they are so kind and helpful and most of all show respect to your customers. You’re lucky to have them on your team!

Picked up my food from here around 1pm and got barely one order of sesame chicken. Did not give me my other side of orange chicken so I have barely any chicken in general to eat with noodles and rice. Was in a rush on lunch break so couldn’t bring back but ruined my day.

I had an amazing experience at this Panda Express! Adrian and Helen were absolutely outstanding. Their customer service was warm, fast, and friendly from the moment I walked in. My order was fresh and delicious. You can really tell they care about their customers. Huge thanks to Adrian and Helen for making my visit exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They had to make more teriyaki chicken fresh for me and Helen gave me two spring rolls on the house for waiting. She then brought it out to me when it was ready. The crew at this location is great and definitely shows appreciation for their customers!

It’s a hit or miss situation. Decided to try our neighborhood Panda Express restaurant recently. Everyone deserves a second chance. This time did nothing but impress!! Entree’ selections was plentiful, rice and noodles fresh. This time our Bigger Plate was delicious! Look at the difference. Next time was a charm.

Wow, I had high hopes from previous years of patronage with this restaurant chain. This day not so much. There was a few people ahead of us and the line was moving slow although there’s numerous staff. As I was looking I noticed the only thing I liked was out (broccoli and steak). I requested could they please start cooking the items. No problem. Finally once everyone received their order headed home. Once home, high hopes failed quickly. The entree I choose didn’t have any meat and the broccoli was tough and hard. Fried rice with vegetables wasn’t edible.

Where is the food?

We ordered via Uber Eats, and I’d like to note that this is not against the driver.

Our order was over 100$, and we received two boxes full of half empty cartons. So strike one, we are missing half our food.

Strike two is we got honey walnut shrimp that was so burnt it was inedible.

My oldest child absolutely loves Panda Express orange chicken, and tonight, I got to tell him we’re never getting it again unless we’re somewhere away from this particular one.

Never again…

Always order to go, never have a problem but today was the day. I placed 2 bigger plates order using my rewards discounts and when I went to pick up, all of the sudden one if my order was canceled. Cashier was very nice, was trying to help figure out what happened until he got a girl that was supposedly in charge. After I explained what happened she just said she has been there all day and she did not cancel any order. I was bothered because now I’m short a dinner, kids in the car and rewards were gone after order was canceled somehow on their end. She acting very annoyed proceeded to say “ whats the order I will make it” …. I can’t stand 0 customer service and that’s what I actually do on the daily basis. At the end she started talking and laughing about the situation with another staff. Definitely this girl needs better 101 customer service couching. Too bad didn’t got her name.

I have not been to a Panda in over 8 years. There is nothing that beats a true Chinese take out where the food is cooked to order. But decided to try it.

We have gone to the place at 9:00 pm so there were no lines which is a plus. However, when we walked in and looked at the food, it was basically all dried up and it was the bottom of the barrel. We asked them to make a new batch of lo mein. It took about 15 minutes for them to make a new batch.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken and the chili shrimp. To my surprise, it was delicious. Yes I was shocked but it was good! This was a positive! There is a girl with two cowboy boots tattoo on her arm that working the counter and she was so pleasant and friendly! I give her high kudos for offering great customer service. She even asked if we wanted any sauce as most places you have to ask for them yourself. She was also working hard cleaning the tables and sweeping the floors.

The bad part is that the place is a little more expensive than a Chinese take out. The men’s bathroom was out of order so I couldn’t wash my hands. All the garbage bins were full to the max and we had to cram down the garbage.

Overall, I may go back in the future but still would go to a Chinese take out if I wanted Chinese food.

Kinda wish the portions were a bit more. Oh you get noodles, or rice, but the actual reason one comes,, only 1 scoop!! And not a real big spoon at that!!!
But the food is good

Had been a while since we had been to a Panda Express so decided to do takeout after our long drive home after Thanksgiving… I always get the teriyaki chicken over noodles and have always loved it… But this Panda Express was definitely different…The chicken was extremely fatty, and could not get one fork of noodles for all the crazy amounts of cabbage and onions… Literally only took 3 bites before finally throwing it all in the trash… Not thinking I’ll be back sadly…
