Was expecting more and was highly disappointed. Staff was friendly and the place was busy, soda machines out of ice and 25% of the drinks weren’t available. The food was bland while both the beef and chicken had the consistency of soft rubber. I had to bathe them in soy sauce to give it some flavor. My deformed fork looked like it was telling me to rock on as I wanted to quickly roll out of there.

It seems like most of the reviews on here are fake. The food is not good. I live right down the street. I have been here around 5 times and each time the food is not good I tell myself that they just opened and it will get better. It has gotten worse if anything. They are busy and are very slow to get orders out. Be prepared to spend a lot of time in the drive through. The double drive through is the most poorly conceived one I have ever seen. You order at the pickup windows almost and 2 lanes are fighting to get in front of each other right before the ONE single lane pickup window. I think the person working the drive through may be hard of hearing or the speaker sucks because I had to repeat everything several times. Its a huge mess, the food is not good do yourself a favor and pass on this Panda. Although they have the name and logo they are far from a real Panda Express.

I wanted to share my first experience at the new location. Ive heard a lot of positive feed back from others about this place, they said it is under new ownership so I wanted to give it a try.
So here is my honest review of this place. It is a new building so everything is very nice and clean. I do not know about the restrooms, I did not use them while I was here. We did dined in, and tried a variety of dishes. Personally I have tried other locations and to say they never did very well in my opinion. Im actually disappointed, and was hoping for a better outcome. The food looks amazing but is very bland in taste. You would probably get a better seasoned food at the buffet across the street. As you can tell just by looking at the photo its pale and not seasoned properly. They beef and broccoli was smooshy like they over cooked it in water. The only thing that actually had any type of flavor was the items that had a little spice or chili in them. The steak was good and tender, but like most of the food it needed more seasoning. The eggrolls tasted better than the entrée. I understand that everyone is different, but im truly disappointed. Considering all the new hype towards this place. I will give it another try down the road but if nothing has changed I will not be coming back, and would rather go anywhere else. Atleast I know the food has flavor.

I pulled into the drive-thru at 8:17 PM. After placing our order and getting to the window, we were told they had to make our food and asked if we wanted to change the order or wait. We chose to wait the quoted 6 minutes.
We were directed to the waiting area at 8:32 PM. By 8:50 PM — 33 minutes after pulling in — I went inside to speak with the manager. I want to be clear: I did not go in looking for free food. I simply wanted to understand what was going on after waiting far beyond the time we were told. The manager did end up comping the meal, which I appreciate, but that was not the reason for speaking with them.
This also isn’t a one-time issue. Every single time we come through this drive-thru, it takes at least 25 minutes. That’s simply unacceptable for a drive-thru experience.
If you’re short staffed or frequently out of prepared food, there needs to be a better system in place. Customers shouldn’t consistently expect half-hour waits for fast food.

I placed an online order because every time we visit in person, there is never any white rice available. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, I was told it was not ready and was not prepared because there was no white rice and that I would need to wait 45 minutes for white rice. No one called or even attempted to make the white rice while I got there. No matter what time of day you go, there never seems to be enough prepared to serve customers, and you always end up waiting for something.
They need to do better at ensuring there is enough food available, especially on busy days and rush hours, and online orders should be prioritized since there is a time expectation for it to be completed!

The food is basic which not a problem , but the drive through and online to go service are a major joke. The wait times are ridiculous, more than once I have ordered food online and showed up on time, only one time was it ready on time , others times I’ve had to wait up to 45 minutes after i ordered online and to walk in and see other people waiting for their online orders just as long if not longer . Now this location does a separate check in to know whose picking up the food which is even worse because that means they don’t even know about your order until you walk in, sometimes not even able to find your ticket , even though you have your email receipt on your phone as proof. Drive through which should be quick is just as bad ,does not matter if the line is full or only 2 cars in front of you your gonna end up waiting for some time almost 10 minutes and that just to pay that’s not including the time your waiting to get your food you ordered. I work in a full service kitchen and can cook the food and serve it in less than 20 minutes so I don’t understand how a fast food business can’t be fast. Corporate should get involved and do a re-train of the entire staff and teach better time management.

We went for lunch first a dive thru order and the staff is friendly and accommodating. There was a long wait due to some items not being finished cooking. They only opened within the last month so aren’t as efficient as expected yet. Food was good and hot when we came home. If in a hurry, I recommend calling ahead or ordering online.

Line wtfffff . DO NOT ATTEMPT GOING THERE ESPECIALLY IN THE DRIVE THROUGH TONIGHT waiting an hr with only 3 cars ahead of us and I ended going in and paying ans getting my food . They are stingy with fortune cookies also lol ik not a big deal but after waiting for an hr they should have gave more then only 1, food was cold, reading reviews this is nothing new about the wait its apparently been on going. What’s the point of ordering on the app when they don’t start putting your order together until you arrive??? This Panda Express is absolutely ridiculous. I order through the app and I wait until I literally get a notification saying my order is ready. I drive there and wait 30 MINS in the drive thru and I tell them I ordered on the app and they act confused every. Single. Time. And they’re like oh okay…we will get started on it it’ll be a few mins. WHAT?! My app said it was already done!! So then I have to wait an additional 30 mins to get my food. I can get my food faster at a SIT DOWN restaurant. Absolutely insane. Not to mention the other time I ordered I waited inside the restaurant for OVER AN HOUR. Why??? The employees try to say oh well it’s because we make the food fresh. That’s bull crap because I’ve been to other Panda Express locations and they actually have your order ready in 10 mins or less. I don’t know what’s going on at this Panda Express but they need to get their act together.
