Staff was nice. The place was clean but the food was below average compared to most Chinese etc takeout. I come here because I knew the food would be ready right away. I remember Panda being pretty tasty their first several years in operation but I haven’t had a good experience with their food in many years. The taste is bland and overcooked.

I would give zero stars if I could, this location always turns off online ordering claiming they are too busy (guess what? They’re not!), slaps these signs in the window to close the dining room so they don’t have to wipe down the tables etc, worker notices I’m taking photos, she gets all worked up and runs out the door to confront me. Panda Express needs to fire this entire crew and get some new people.

A very good experience eating food from Panda Express. We ate inside and the environment is clean and staff very friendly and very helpful. The food was really good. The dishes were fresh, it was hot, did not have to wait long to be served. It’s like a cafeteria style where you move down the line but only took a couple minutes at most to receive food. Great staff in Ocala! Be sure to sign up for the rewards program on their website for some really great offers. The price is very reasonable for the various options they offer whether that be a bowl or a dish or a meal. Selection is on point with shrimp, chicken, or beef as your main entree either rice or chow mein for your side as well as a few other different things they offer. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed! Enjoy!
