Went during weekday lunch, hoping times would be reasonable. The food was hot and fresh as the store was only open for a few minutes.
Unfortunately the employees were more focused on filling huge online orders and not the line of customers that was already out the door. Stood in line for 14 minutes (yes I timed it) which is a long time for people on their lunch break.
Just a few tweaks to the system would greatly increase flow and unnecessary movement, hopefully they improve.
The drive thru wasn’t open or else I think I would have been there my entire lunch hour.
Atmosphere inside is nice with Chinese decor.

Food was amazing as usual, service was a bit slow. I understand completely, it’s opening day. But the person that was doing the drive thru did an outstanding job. Our order was super long, and he did it just fine.

We love the Panda Express franchise. Have been our family place to eat on the road and some shopping malls. This one was a little crowded and understand it’s fairly new. They need to adjust.
But I didn’t give you guys all the starts because of the portions we received was not the same as other pandas. We usually share and in this case was not enough. We have to order another plate. It’s ok as I said it’s maybe time to adjust.

This location just opened a little bit ago and it’s been CRAZY busy, I decided finally go in tonight. There was definitely a wait, about 10-15 minutes, worth it! I recommend walking inside to get your food, because the people that ordered To Go/pick-up, were definitely waiting there for a super long time! Everything was fresh to my surprise, I loved the teriyaki chicken and the noodles! Broccoli could have been cooked longer. The dynamite chicken is definitely spicy and loved it too.

Worst Chinese food ever. I waited 40 mins for an order ordered at a specific time. Then name disappeared from wait list and they couldn’t find order. They then hastily spooned a lump of concealed something onto my plate and dumped it to me. Definitely not worth the wait

Food was great and the staff were very nice even though they had just opened this location and it was VERY busy. Mobile orders were running late and patrons were being rude due to how long it was taking, but the staff did an amazing job and were very apologetic. Give them time to shake off the cobwebs from just opening! The food was fresh and deeeelicious! Will go again…and again. 🙂

I went and got a bigger plate at the drive thru, for once I didn’t check the bag and that was a mistake. I get home to find that I got the rice instead of the noodles, AND someone else’s half eaten food . So I go back to get a refund and new food, the manager was so unprofessional, was being so rude and accusing me of lying, when I brought back the food that was uneaten and the half eaten food. Then he tells me if I get a refund I can’t even get the food, so then I leave without any food. Worst experience ive ever had

Food is amazing but service could be so much better. Manager didn’t manage the chaos that was happening, the employees were stressed and crying for help. The manager was also seen on his phone texting and being on call while having an airpod in one ear. Me and my boyfriend waited an hour and 23 minutes for just two small bowls. The employees were doing way more than the manager.

We ordered food tonight. It was the worst Chinese food. No flavor. Every item was worse than the last. I never post things like this, but I am so disappointed. We have been waiting for this to open. What a waste of money, time and still hungry.
