Paid extra for shrimp and beef. Two pieces of ship and four pieces of beef. Wow. Not to mention the chicken teriyaki is very fatty, cold and has a lot of gelatin around it. Ordered early and still received cold – barely edible food. Ridiculous!

I arrived at this Panda location at 10:30. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:35. So I waited in the spot by the caution sign until 10:40. Tried opening the doors to get my order since it seemed as if the staff forgot about me. The little Asian boy told me I had to go to the drive thru. So I went back through the drive thru and asked for an update on the order, the girl proceeds to tell me that they “closed 10 minutes ago.” That’s the same girl that told me I had to wait for the order still. I got my order at 10:49 just for it to be barely warm and contain melted plastic wrap as seen in the picture and video. Unfortunately, since the store was closed I couldn’t take the plate back, that’s why I’m leaving this review.

About a five minute wait for them to cook the teriyaki chicken to order but it was good and the price was good. Ordered a Coke size was good. Taste was good. Location is nice. They gave me a plate napkin, fork and three mandarin sauce packages good place to go.

Very good quality Panda Express. I pick up every couple weeks on payday around the same time. I did as well tonight 12/05 at 7pm. The food was fresh and even though they were very busy, I was asked by numerous people if I have been helped while I waited on my online order.
The person I want to give the most credit is the very nice woman wearing the hijab. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name! She is almost always the one helping me and is very kind. My order wasn’t quite ready tonight, so she took it upon herself to roll her sleeves up and plated up my order. I thought that was so awesome! Very considerate as a lot of places will just let you sit since it’s “not their problem”. Working in retail, I know how rare that is. I hope she is paid very well because she’s definitely an asset.

This restaurant is one of the slowest of its kind. The attitude of the staff is okay, they are surely stressed with the amount of orders, I’m not sure how you can fix this issue in your stores but it is for sure going to have a positive impact on this stores revenues if they manage a way to have the food always on time. Last three times I have been there, my food took longer than expected.

I picked up a double order of Orange Chicken tonight. It had three chicken slices of BONE in the chicken. I threw it out after the third. I called the restaurant & he said I could get a free meal. I’m not looking for free I am telling you this is dangerous, especially for children. I don’t think they cared.

First in line today, as I didn’t know they opened at 9:30am, and had a wonderful breakfast/ lunch. Everything was delicious and the customer service was remarkable. A great visit and looking forward to more.

I used to be the wok cook here so i know for a fact that The portion sizes are all messed up. I ordered the bowl and got 90% rice. Literally got 6 pieces of orange chicken. I’ll never order here again. This is the second time that’s happened. I dont think it’s bad training, I think that’s just how they do portions now. Drop the price drastically and maybe we’ll talk.
