We had a great first time at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and Melvin, our server, was incredibly kind and sweet. The lobby was also very clean and the staff was friendly. We definitely plan to come back.

Ordered the cashew shrimp, chicken sesame, rice, spring rolls, etc. The food was barely edible except for the shrimp. This place has been better in the past but the last two visits it continues to decline. Nice people working, clean environment, just food that doesnt taste great. I hope they can figure it out.

This location has gone downhill so bad. They are always super slow but I deal with it because I like the food. How do you guys close at 10 and are consistently out of things like super greens, white rice and teriyaki chicken at 8PM? And then today after waiting like 14 mins in the line someone comes out and puts this sign up because yall are short staffed. You guys are short staffed but had time to go type something up on the computer and print it out? Whoever is in charge should probably pay more so yall can keep adequate staff. Get it together, you guys genuinely suck.

Reece was wonderful, and so we’re the two young people serving up entrees and sides. All were polite and friendly.
This was our first time at a Panda Express. Husband and I both chose fried rice, but he got the teriyaki chicken (did not like the sauce, but loved the chicken), and I got their signature orange chicken (the sweet and sour sauce was the best I’ve had in a packet & Husband agreed!). Husband got a small drink. I stuck with water. We helped ourselves at the beverage station, next to utensils and napkins. Both of us agreed that our chicken choices were excellent. The sweet and sour sauce on the fried rice was wonderful.
This place is easy to find. It’s right off of SR 54. Just east of the Veteran’s. It’s got lots of parking spaces, with lots of seating inside. There are a few places outside to eat. It’s bright and clean inside. We look forward to returning to this business.

I came in for lunch and a young girl helped me make my plate. I’ve never been to Panda Express before and had no idea what to get. Melody greeted me with a smile and helped me make the most delicious plate! I’ll definitely be back again due to the exceptional customer service I received from her.

I went to Panda Express for lunch with my two sons. Not sure why there are negative reviews — we’ve been here three times now and each visit has been great. The food is always fast, delicious, and reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

The food at this Panda is always good, but the service this time was extremely disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and not only was the employee taking my order rude, but when they brought the food out to my car, they forgot several items. I had to drive back around, and the car in front of me even left from how long he had been waiting.I waited at the speaker again, and nobody ever came. So I pulled up to the window, and a lady looked right at me and then looked away. I honked to get her attention and she completely ignored me. I ended up having to call the store just for someone to come to the window. When I told them I was missing my two orders of rangoons, the employee just closed the window, grabbed them, handed them to me, and didn’t say a single word no “sorry,” no “goodnight,” nothing.
Food was good, but the customer service was honestly awful. I hope they improve because this was unacceptable.

Food was generally good, but some items were under seasoned. That aside, this location was exceptionally clean. This is a brand new restaurant, so I imagine it will improve with time. Still, if you’re up for a quick, reasonably priced meal, this place fits the bill.

So first off Audrey C you are an amazing worker. Second off manger that was working and I couldn’t get you’re name and you wouldn’t stop running your mouth. I’m pretty sure you having employees clean over food isn’t okay. I’m pretty sure you getting onto an employee for doing their job isn’t okay. I wish I could of gotten your name. But seriously cleaning over food and you running your mouth is disgusting. And we wonder why people snap. Here are pictures of her having an employee clean right over food spraying some chemicals and all. You women are what’s wrong with this world and we wonder why people get sick. Audrey you did nothing wrong and was the only good thing about my visit thank you for being an great person

Very disappointed in this location!
They cannot keep the food available, I ordered online, but I waited another 25minutes after my pickup time. They do not have a line of customer but no one is back there cooking. I never have this issue in other location, won’t comeback here again.
