Terrible experience. I was about to be served old, leftover broccoli, so I asked to wait for fresh Super Greens. The employee then changed shifts without telling the next worker I was waiting. I had to go back up and explain it myself.
An employee named Carla was rude and sent my teriyaki chicken to the register uncut after telling me she was “waiting for a knife” and giving me attitude instead of fixing it.
After paying, there was no iced tea, no forks, and no napkins. I ended up asking for a refund. The manager Kenny didn’t apologize at all.
Disorganized, rude staff, and poor management. I have photos to back this up. Won’t be back.

I visited Panda Express today because my son highly recommended their orange chicken, claiming it’s the best.
I didn’t know what to expect upon entering this casual restaurant. The atmosphere was lively as the staff attended to the customers, and people dining in enjoyed the food. I patiently stood in line, gazing at the various entrees on display: hot orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, broccoli beef, and many more. When an employee was ready to take my order, I requested two entrees (original orange chicken & mushroom chicken), one side (chow mein), and a large beverage.
Here’s what was thought about the food:
* The chow mein tasted okay. The noodles were soft and sauceless with a chewy texture.
* The mushroom chicken was good; the chicken pieces were tender, complemented by mushrooms and zucchini in a flavorful sauce.
* The orange chicken was absolutely delicious; crispy, well-battered chicken pieces coated in a savory orange flavored sauce.
I do not have the Panda Express app, but my son does, so he will earn the rewards points from the purchase. I look forward to an occasional visit when I’m in the mood for orange chicken again.

The manager Mary is very rude and I’m surprised she has a job here. She spends her time harrassing her employees checking their pockets/person for phones while they are working , Just to walk away on her phone and not help anyone. Love everything about this location. Clean friendly food is always cooked good and well prepared. They always fill up your bowl or plate with enough food to make it worth your money. Staff is very friendly kind and always willing to be help or assist with anything. Daniel is great at the front checking us out. Asks the right questions. Management is doing great with this location plus hiring great staff. Frequent flyer here!

Very Poor Service Due to Lack of Staff
This Panda Express location is extremely understaffed, especially during peak hours, and it shows. Customers standing in line are often ignored while employees prioritize online orders instead of the people who are physically present.
I personally waited over 5 minutes just to pay, while the cashier was busy talking on the phone and completely disregarded the line. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of management and respect for customers’ time.
If you can’t properly staff the restaurant, don’t punish walk-in customers. Panda Express should seriously reconsider how this location is managed, because the service here does not meet the standards of a major chain.

I’ve worked at many restaurants and the first thing that customers wanna see is a well presentation of how clean the place is and friendly the employees are. First off not one soul spoke. staff was majority young maybe under 21 every dish bowl that was laid out on the line around the bowl from where they scoop your food into your plate was just as messy as a Toddlers kindergartener toy box just unbelievable how so much food was literally visible to me at that moment. Lol I’ve worked in chains of that nature and we were trained to always always keep the counters, clean, say hello, always make sure no food, sitting was visibly there for customers to see it just didn’t make sense why no one had time or was able to take a wet rag and wiped the counters and their workstation after serving and when I walked in, it was literally two people sitting down one person paying to go, so there was time in between for this to be done I’m not sure if I’ll eat here again. My food was good, but the service was very poor and unprofessional they definitely worked hard for this point one review to walk in a business and be turned off I wonder what the back of the place looks like if that was what the Front house represents. I love Panda Express and to see this broke my heart I used to be a manager and if they were my employees, I would retrain them all especially when you’re dealing with and serving food.

I want to make this place known for the awesome people that work there. Marla and the rest of her team have provided excellent food, served the guests well and maintained stocking in the condiment area. This is a great place to enjoy a good meal and have not failed to provide great food.

I was really close to giving two stars because of the service but I’m hoping this is just a one off experience. I went into this location about 15 minutes after open and they were clearly struggling with prep and getting all the food out. They had plenty of staff, but it was clear that they were all angry and upset, giving attitude to one another about things that were needed. Some of them were even slamming things and taking it out on customers. Just a friendly piece of advice from someone who knows the restaurant industry. If you are consistently struggling with prep and Getting everything out in the morning, it’s probably best to come in a little earlier to get a Headstart.
