Reviews
After ordering online I arrived at my designated pick-up time, around 9:10PM. When I arrived, my food was unprepared though I had received a text message saying that ‘my order had been completed’.
After speaking with two employees who looked completely baffled, they went about helping other customers that were coming in instead of handling my order; thus I stood awkwardly waiting for another 20 minutes at the ‘pick-up’ location near the register until someone searched through a pile of received ‘order slips’, found my name, and began to prepare my to-go meal.
Once my food was prepared I didn’t ask questions I just left. – (ANOTHER MISTAKE!)
By my photos that I posted from this order, you can see that they got my order wrong. I was supposed to receive ‘kung-pao chicken’, ‘mushroom chicken’, ‘beijing beef’ and the ‘super greens’ in my ‘bigger plate’ order, alongside a free small entree ‘honey shrimp’.
I received ‘mushroom chicken’ mixed with ‘kung pao chicken’ that looked like it was torn from the pages of Kafka alongside a double helping of these ‘super greens’. A small entree container was filled with the Beijing beef That was supposed to be a part of my main order…
No honey shrimp was to be found. No napkins, no utensils; just a completely incorrect order, wrapped in a bag covered in its own juices, that was entirely disappointing and took way too long to procure.
Save yourselves the trouble – order some real Chinese food. Never going to a Panda Express again.
But I never suggest going after 830p because they close at 930p and usually won’t make anything new unless more then 2 people want it, and they start cleaning up around then too.
Their orange chicken is to die for and we just love their veggie spring rolls, mixed steamed veggies and Lo Main!
The portions are still very large for the price you pay and that’s what makes it all worth it. Prices have raised but you get enough food to make up for that fact.
For 7 people our bill was 49.00 for take out and there was left overs. So not bad.
They have healthy options and bowls too.
Makes this a great fast food/take out spot for anyone!
They overcharged me for 2 extra meats and also charged me for a panda cares donation without even asking me if I wanted to make a donation.
I asked the server MYREL if I could wait for fresh food but she told me no, never gave me any explanation why, just told me no.
So I never wanted to cause a scene over their food I just took the orange chicken.
I might as well stay home and cook my own food. Something is just off with these workers and how sickening it is each time you try to order food here.
This location is definitely not worth your money.
It seems like there is poor management because the workers aren’t trained very well and corporate should pay them a visit.
I have always heard that the orange chicken is really good and I must say it was delicious
The Pomegranate Pineapple Flavored Lemonade was also delicious and refreshing.
On this visit, I ordered a Plate to go, which includes a side with 2 entrees. Chicken Kung Pao and Shrimp Wok were really good. For side it was half and half of Fried Rice and Lo Mein. However, there was no drink available to purchase. The soda fountain machine and sweet tea station were all out of order. The only thing available was botled water. This was totally unacceptable…
Based on this visit alone, one might not come back. Unfortunately, I have been visiting this restaurant for some time now, and will probably return in the future.
