The food here is fine — pretty much what you’d expect from Panda Express. It’s consistent, hot, and comes out quickly. The Orange Chicken is solid, the chow mein does the job, and overall it’s a reliable option when you want something fast and familiar. Nothing mind-blowing, but nothing terrible either. It serves its purpose.
Where things fall short is the customer service. It’s not that anyone is rude or hostile — it’s more about the lack of basic courtesy. Something as small as saying “thank you” or “you’re welcome” goes a long way in making customers feel acknowledged and appreciated. Instead, the interactions feel transactional and a bit cold. You place your order, you pay, and that’s it — no warmth, no simple pleasantries.
It might seem minor, but those small details really do make a difference. When you’re spending your money somewhere, even a quick “thank you” can leave a positive impression. Without that, the whole experience feels a little flat, even if the food itself is perfectly fine.

I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this visit was underwhelming. I ordered a Bigger Plate and even paid extra for a premium entrée, expecting a hearty portion. What I got looked more like a regular plate—or less. Honestly, I’ve had more food with a regular plate in the past.
The taste was the usual Panda fare, nothing wrong there, but the value just wasn’t there this time. If I’m paying extra, I’d like to feel like I’m getting more than a couple extra bites. Probably won’t be going out of my way to return anytime soon.

Ej is the nastiest drive thru employee I have ever dealt with. Hes quick with the drive thru but doesn’t even look at you when you arrive to the window. Nasty nasty attitude and will definitely have me make the 20 min drive to the other location. You guys need to rethink your hire.

The only time the food comes out good is during the day. Once night time hits they are always running out of everything. Went last night and the noodles were full of veggies. Very upset because I love the noodles. Also the shrimp was so crispy it sounded like I was eating a potato chip. The egg roll was super greasy. You can tell it had been fried and just sitting there soaking up the grease. Super disappointed. Waste of money. Had to call the store multiple times just to get someone to answer. Please fix these issues.

Horrible experience im pregnant and I want teriyaki chicken they couldn’t give me that chicken because it was for online orders and the time was 11:30 so I drove all the way for teriyaki and I couldn’t it just only because they serve for doordash or UUber his is the worse experience in this store horrible!!!! Never will come back

The place is nice and has very good food. The orange chicken was fresh and delicious. However they messed up mobile orders. Gave me something else. I recommend going in store and getting what you like to avoid getting wrong order. The wait times is not too bad

Ordered 2 “Bigger plates” was told wthey would have one if the dishes ready in 5 minutes. My son wanted the missing dish and was willing to wait the 5. 12 minutes later pull back to the window sorry, the 5 minute story. Went back inside
St 25 minutes as perbyhenrimebstp on the receipt. After a wait of 38 minutes my son was able to tetrieve the missing items. Is that today’s fast food? Very disappointed. They deserve a worse rating

The plant based orange chicken was cooked fresh, it was crunchy, sweet, spicy – all the good things. Staff did great preparing and delivering good food and service. It was clean, lots of seating (including an outdoor area). This was our first time at this location, will be back!!
