Ordered online for pickup. Checked the receipt, order was correct so drove back home. Open the box, found out it was wrong.

Ordered CHOW MEIN but got fried rice instead. Ordered black pepper sirloin steak, it was full of fat pieces and chewy. Not as soft and tender as before or is it just at this location?

Customer service was not there. No hello, thank you, goodbye, have a nice day. Just “what’s your order?”

I been a customer for many years but now is disgusting how they serving food and speaking loud. On top of food while they serving it. I watch this lady spit in the food many times she needs to wear mask while serving. Is disgusting and not sanitary speacially now days so many viruses

I am extremely unhappy with this place. I placed an order for doordash from here at 9:30 and i have a very short break! I paid for express delivery and they are taking way too long to prepare my order! Note that i have a break from 10 to 10:30 only THIRTY minutes! I placed it with time for it to be here with time left to spare but it has taken way too long and I barely have time to eat! This place needs to speed everything up and need to work on time management. My driver was waiting there for ages!!! Some of us don’t have all day!!!!!

– Found a Pen in My Food!

I went to Panda Express for lunch with my mom and ordered the orange chicken. Everything seemed fine until I was almost done eating and suddenly bit into something hard in the chicken. I spit it out and to my shock—it was a piece of a pen inside the food. I was disgusted and upset. That could have broken my tooth or worse, I could have choked.

I called for a manager, but a girl came over and said she could only refund me $6—the cost of the orange chicken. I paid $25 for the whole meal! It’s insane that they thought that was acceptable. I had to call customer service myself to get a full refund, which I eventually did, but honestly, that’s not enough.

This was a serious safety issue. I’m extremely disappointed and still not satisfied with how this was handled. Do better, Panda Express.

Second time ever in a Panda Express. The service was just wow. Alexis had just brought out a fresh huge serving of orange chicken and I ordered incorrectly. Sebastian was so cool and calm, he explained to me the different sizes and fixed both plates. You guys were so awesome! Thank you so much!!! The food was fire too !!!

Terrible, again this location messes up the order!!!!! No broccoli included though ordered and paid for. Worse part, I called and spoke with Elsie Hernandez. She informed she could NOT do anything about it. The option was for me to order again and pay again for delivery. This is outrageous. Worst part, she asked the manager and was given the same response. And to think that I’ve been a very good client for years. So disappointed! It’s the 2nd time they mess up my order. And do yourself a huge favor, don’t order the new steak & shrimp. It’s a rip-off! You receive 2 shrimps and 3 tiny pieces of meat. Surely not worth a dime. Rediculous. This place use to be okay. It’s gone from okay to terrible. Be smart and DO NOT order from this location. I have pictures to back-up my statements.

Placed an online order and the staff was SLAMMED. Line of people waiting for orders however… even though the crew was small they were hustling and getting it done!
Food was accurate, delicious, and fresh in spite of absolute nonstop customers. Friendly as well.

First of all I want to start by saying the food was disgusting if I could give 0 stars I would too bad that is not a option the food tastes fake and old it had me and my husband very upset and we felt sick afterward I want my money back I will never be buying from this location again this experience made me hate Panda Express overall do better nobody wants to waste money on food that is not fresh what I did get for free was a stomach ache hopefully it is not food poisoning my husband is also sick to his stomach. Horrible seriously horrible he might not even be able to go to work tomorrow which is now affecting everything and he won’t be getting payed for the day all thanks to this place

Every time I visit, there’s no fresh food available, and the meals are often overcooked. The restroom is consistently closed at night, and the employee are consistently rude and disrespectful to customers. The staff generally don’t speak English very well, leading to frequent ordering errors.
