I don’t often post reviews for fast food restaurants however, every time I come into this one it’s very clean and the service is exceptional! The food is always very hot and fresh. I got a bowl that actually had too much food. I couldn’t finish it all.

I go to panda at least once a month, never had a bad experience until 3 months ago (September 5). I came in, got white rice, super greens, and honey sesame chicken. When I got home to eat all was good until I bit into a broccoli. It was almost completely raw and it snapped my front tooth (a crown) clean out of my mouth. It took til now (early december) to even hear back from them, as well as get some sort of resolution. The only thing they offered was a refund. A $9.10 refund for a lost tooth on raw produce. An Absolutely stellar solution to the problem.

Food when available is very good, consistent with other Panda Express. However when we were there the options were sparse, and a 8 minute wait on some entrees. The atmosphere is probably the worse I’ve experienced at Panda Express…they had 1 person helping dine in customers and when that person was busy the other employees made themselves busy walking around or taking breaks. Pretty disappointing if you want to get in and out quickly.

The manager Jay was on point with his service and proactiveness. It was super busy but him and his staff maintained and kept pushing. Every employee was extremely nice despite the craziness and being overloaded with orders .. it was around 7pm on November 5th drive thru inside and online orders slammed. Food was still fresh and maintained with no wait. 10 plus stars!

Does this look like a watermelon refresher, it doesn’t to me and when I said something about it a employee told me “no no it just comes out like that sometimes” then I try it and it tastes pretty watered down and I can not taste the watermelon. NOT ONLY THAT, THEY DID NOT HAVE KUNG POW CHICKEN. Overall bad experience my food was old and they lied to me about my drink.

Went in at 130 in tne afternoon, most of the food looked dry and appeared to be out for awhile. I picked the 2 foods that looked tne freshest. It was medioaker at best, probably won’t go back.

The team here at this Panda site on this night (9PM) seem to not respect people’s time or orders placed for delivery. My GH driver waited as he watched others come in het their orders and leave. That’s not really a good way to represent a franchise for this particular team tonight. The chicken didn’t taste well either (spongy). I understand how frustrating it can be to work within serving food to people due to the different temperaments, but lack of finishing the job with good service intent wasn’t met. Hopefully this isn’t a constant for this franchise.
