I stood at the counter to pick up my online order for 10 minutes. No one greeted me. No one asked if I needed anything. 2 employees waited on people in front of me and then walked away while my food was getting cold. All they had to do was hand me my bag of food that was already paid for.

Service and food are always good, sometimes it’s a hit or miss with the beef and broccoli or teriyaki chicken: but the orange chicken is always in good supply!!!

I’ve been to this location multiple times, but coming here on a Sunday was my first time. The workers were just talking to each other. Bad service and the food portions was the worst. The guy barely put chicken on my plate (since it was almost out). I will never come back to this location. Management should check on the workers and train them better.

This was such a waste of money. I’m having to go to bed hungry because they decided to service old food despite me asking if it’s fresh. You guys need to seriously do better.
