I went to Panda Express for Wok Wednesday and the food was delicious! The staff was friendly and explained the various options. Everyone was working hard to complete the orders in line. I I have no complaints.

The service was good. Most of the time I go, I receive excellent service. However, sometimes I have to wait too long; today I waited 10 minutes for my order to arrive. The only problem was that the cashier was very slow. She could be a bit more efficient.

I ordered inside this location and the food and presentation were absolutely disgusting! The teriyaki chicken was undercooked and honey sesame chicken was overcooked with a slimy coating. Most of the food behind the sneeze guard looked nasty. Also, they were flies around the food, sneeze guard glass and trash disposals. I would definitely choose a different location to eat at, stay away from this one it needs a lot of improvement.

This Panda Express has a nice clean restaurant. The manager gave great service and we talked about the different sauces and about how life is wonderful. So much happy energy in Panda ✨️. The manager and her staff had the place clean and all smile’s. The food was great as always

The worst Panda Express I ever been, I had a really disappointing experience at this Panda Express. I placed my order and pulled into the drive-thru, and the employees clearly saw me sitting there, but no one came to take my order or even acknowledge me for 5–6 minutes. I just sat there waiting with no communication at all. Eventually someone finally came on, but by then the experience was already frustrating. Drive-thru customers shouldn’t be ignored like that. Better communication and attentiveness are definitely needed.

Panda Express on Metro West Kirkman Road. This location has a drive-thru. Orange chicken is really good. Egg roll was a little dry. Would not recomend the Teriyaki chicken since it has a lot fat and cartilage. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to take our order even though there was nobody in front of us. Nobody acknowledged us while we were waiting to be helped. But once we were helped we felt the staff was very friendly. It is a nice store however some tables needed to be cleaned up and the trash bin was completely full. We visited for dinner within an hour of closing time.

This is the worst Panda Express in town, the food is not consistently good. The vegetable are undercooked often and they gave me string beens and mushroooms chick with no meat. I will never go here again, I give up. I love Panda Express this location constantly serve under cooked food or something is missing.

I picked up lunch today via the drive through. They didn’t have everything available on the menu. Other Panda locations I’ve been to will say that it’s cooking and offer to bring it out to your car if you park and wait. Here they just told me they didn’t have it. I will say the food was hot, the quality was great and it was ready fast!

I went through the drive thru and ordered grill teriyaki chicken, it was slimy, uncooked and disgusting. I have been here before and it’s always a hit or miss.They either miss something from my order like my egg rolls or rangoons.I won’t be coming here again .
