For being a new location you guys are doing pretty bad. I have called three times within the last hour and have gotten no answer. I had a big order that I wanted to be able to get from this location and because of the lack of communication no response and terrible service, as much as I do enjoy the food I hope whoever the owner is takes a look at the employees and make some changes.

Brand new location on E Michigan and Orange Ave, the food here taste ten times better than the other panda express locations!! The staff is friendly and the place is clean, i hope this location stays this consistent.

This review is for the drive through specifically:
If I could give zero stars, I would. Which is unfortunate, because I’ve had both my best experience at a drive through, and the absolute worst.
The first time, the woman who I believe was the manager was fast, cheerful, and fantastic. Food was good, hot, and arrived in standard easy timing.
The second time, I waited in a line that DID NOT MOVE for over fifteen minutes before being LATE TO WORK thanks to these people; and I bailed from the line ultimately not getting anything.
Most recently, it took HALF AN HOUR, involving both wait time at the microphone for at least ten minutes, then we were told the side we wanted would be a 4 minute wait, and it took TWENTY. We only ordered two plates, no appetizers and no drinks. That, and no recognition or apology or anything from the girl at the window about the wait. There was another car waiting that also was looking just as bothered next to us. It’s my birthday, and we had something scheduled that we might as well miss at this point.
It’s a bummer because we’re local and we’re so excited to go to Panda, because it’s our go-to in other areas. When it comes to dine-in, they usually do alright, but I’ve noticed that there’s always a big crowd of displeased people waiting on pickup orders at the front. Disappointing because the food is good, but takes forever. What a joke. Plenty of other choices in the area, go there.

Worst customer service ive ever had . Had nothing ready had to wait for food to be made was asked to sit down they would bring my food they never did after 20 minutes i had to go ask for my food when i was told 5 minutes the guy who took my order didn’t remember and the manager was helping and didn’t remember. Then they walked away in the middle of asking for my food.

Very disappointed we really do like Panda Express but this location is awful. Which is really sad because they recently opened. Food delivery was late even though it was ordered three hours earlier for a specific time. The location is seriously 1.2 miles from my home. Food received was cold. The medium size food container packages are the size of a small container. The price is not worth the cost for the small portions received. Tried calling the location to get a status of the food delivery and Phone recording tells you they are not accepting calls and disconnects. Will not be returning to this location

I was excited to get a panda express. You’d think, I have been to a bunch, the food is good and it’s quick. I have been here 3 times and LITERALLY waited over 30 min. It’s a buffet style restaurant. They click the order clear for their ticket times and are all running around confused. Padding their stats while they forget about you. You would think there would be good management at a new location. Think again, the service here is terrible, rude staff, dirty tables. If you have a bad experience here rate their survey on the receipt poorly. The only thing they will care about.

Ordered bigger plate for 2 people. Food is great, staff are great and friendly very accomodating. Khai who entertained me was is very friendly and goes above and beyond with what she’s doing. Definitely coming back again.

Food was the quality we expected from Panda Express. The lady who greeted us and prepared our order was very friendly and engaging. But the person who was checking people out was horrible. She frowned and glared at everyone the entire time we were there, not just us but all the other customers. She never greeted us, just barked the total amount due. When payment processed, she basically threw the receipt at me and never said anything close to “thank you” or “have a nice day.” I don’t think we’ll be dining-in again anytime soon.
