I ordered a plate for here, with vegetables and double entres of grilled teriyaki chicken, with water. It was $11.02. Plenty of chicken, a big heap cooked just right. Not too sweet, not overpowered by the teriyaki sauce. Nice, just right and a filling lunch. Friendly service too.

I went through the drive through and ordered the big plate, 3 entrees and one side. Two entrees of orange chicken, one of steak and a side of Chow mein. The amount seemed to be proportionate to what they serve in the regular plate, but they store it in a flimsy styrofoam tray. The steak was a small portion in a paper container. If you place meat on paper, how long do you think it’s going to hold? They charged an extra $1.50 for the steak maybe for the broccoli head and trunk. There was also a free hair in the noodles. I would not recommend or go back.

On Tuesday, October 21st 2005 I visited this restaurant with my daughter to get lunch. We did an online order, through their app.. I used one of the promotion codes on their app. and we got the food to eat in. Our order was perfect. The food was hot and fresh and it only took like 10 or 12 minutes to get the order picked up. Well done guys, good job.

I went through the drive through today. It took over 10 minutes for me to even get to the ordering point (there was only one car infront of me). By then I had to wait another 4 minutes for them to take my order. So I pull up and wait a long time for the to give me my food. (By this point I’ve been here for twenty minutes) and they hand me my box, I get out of the line, and when I open it… they got my order completely wrong. Do not recommend.

Went there Sunday, December 7. I drove here specifically because they have a drive-through. As I pull up to the drive-through, the girl rudely tells me that the drive-through is closed so I politely ask is there anyway you could take my order at the window because my daughter is napping she said no you have to come inside. I have no register at the window. It would only take a couple steps for them to take my order and just have really good customer service instead of choosing you know for every answer I will never return to this location.

Longtime fan of Panda Express. Have eaten at various locations. New restaurant in Mount Dora is pretty much the same. Clean, well run with great tasting Chinese fast food. I stopped in twice last week. The staff was friendly and service was great.

I came here today after going to Epic theaters right around the corner. I had tried to come last Sunday, but the line was wrapped all the way around the building and out into the parking lot! Today, there was only one car in front of mine. The woman taking my order was so friendly, and answered my questions with ease. She let me know that there might be a little bit of a wait on the Orange chicken, which I was fine with. Once at the window, the guy took the payment and was very nice. I got my food home, and omg. It is SO good! I can see why Panda stays so busy. I got the big plate, which is 3 orders of meat and a side. I picked orange chicken and chow mein. The food is full of flavor! It’s a perfect balance of sweet, little bit of spice, a little acidic and absolutely delicious. I even got a piece of chicken that looks like a heart ❤️. I also got 2 orders of the cream cheese Rangoon, which was also good. I am so glad that we finally have a Panda express here in town, and glad I got to try it today. They put quite a few sauces in the bag, forks, fortune cookies, so you don’t even have to ask for anything. It’s already there. Love this place and I’ll definitely be back!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THE DRIVE-THRU!!!!!
This is now my second time eating at this Panda, and it’s even worse this time around. At the intercom I ordered Broccoli Beef with Honey Sesame Chicken. When I got home and opened the container it had the smallest portion of food. I had 4 pieces of pretty much raw broccoli and about 5 dime sized pieces of beef!! The chicken tasted like it was sitting outside for days.
I hate leaving a negative review, but this place is just trash. I have never had this problem at any other Panda. And what makes it so disappointing is that it’s the closest one to my house. For $10 dollars worth of food this is atrocious. If you must eat here, please for the love of God go inside so you can at least see the food before you get it. Also, I imagine they won’t skimp out on the portions they give you if you are looking right at them.

First time having Panda Express in years. Pulled up to the drive thru. They were out of two items of their very limited selection.
I ended up with ordering two kinds of rice because they did not have my vegetable side dish choice in stock. I arrived midday, so it was odd that they were out of items so early in the day. They must have had an overage of chow mein, because they asked 3 times if I wanted any of that.
The fried rice left much to be desired. It was bland and boring. They threw a couple of frozen peas and carrots and some color in it and called it fried rice. However, the chicken and string beans and mushroom chicken were good.
The service was friendly and my order came out correctly. When they asked if I wanted sauce, I asked for duck sauce, a Chinese staple, which they didn’t have. They offered sweet and sour instead.
Would I come here again? Yeah, in a pinch. It’s on par with the rest of the Chinese food in the area, although it lacks the variety.
