I had a great experience thanks to Priscilla P and the entire team. Priscilla went above and beyond with her customer service — she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally.
The line operators were impressive, especially during the dinner rush. Even with a busy crowd, everyone kept a positive attitude, stayed organized, and worked efficiently without sacrificing quality.
The food was fresh, well-prepared, and exactly what you’d hope for during a peak hour. It’s clear the team takes pride in both their service and their product.

Incredible location, right off the highway. And incredible people work here. Jospeh is a gem, Alicia helped me today and make sure I was taken care of. Everyone who works here is hardworking and kind, and it means a lot to me. Spending money here for lunch and dinner is always an easy choice. Thank you, to each of your hardworking staff. For taking care of me each visit.

Food was ok, expected. Restaurant was a little dirty but it was just after lunch so probably not the norm. I do want to mention that Priscilla helped us and she was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.

Clean, from the moment we walked in there was team members mopping, disinfecting the common areas in the kitchen cleaning up food prep surface. Employees were actually smiling and pleasant, but not over the top. Food was made fresh, and it was delicious and I would visit again. Parking lot is a bit precarious but manageable.

I wanted to leave a genuinely heartfelt review. I never caught her name, but there’s a young lady who works here who always comments on my purple gauges and calls them pretty, and I just want her to know how much that kindness means to me.
Every time I come in to pick up my mobile order, she asks me how I’m doing—and somehow it’s always on one of my roughest days. After a long day at work and dealing with nonstop stress, that brief, genuine human interaction makes more of a difference than she probably realizes. Sometimes it’s the first time all day that someone truly asks how I’m doing and actually means it.
Those small moments of kindness can completely change someone’s day. It’s a reminder that simple humanity still exists, and honestly, that matters more than people think.
So whoever she is—she deserves a raise (or at the very least some serious recognition). If you happen to read this: thank you for being such a genuinely kind human being. Please never stop being you. The world needs more people like that.

Check your food if your going through the drive through. I’ve had missing items realizing only after I’ve already gotten home. Other than that I enjoy Panda Express. They are always sweet and supportive bc both times I’ve gone back and have gotten my correct order with no issues so they are resolution orientated.

So you put out a $5 off a family meal for mother’s Day but you can’t get it if you go through the drive-thru or you go through the inside. Want to take some food home cuz they want to force you to order in the app okay. Go to place my order. In the app it says my food will be ready in 1 hour.
So if I order in the app I have to wait an hour even though I’m the only person standing at the counter in your restaurant. Does that make any sense? I can’t get the $5 off unless I place it in the app but they told me they wouldn’t have it ready for me for an hour. This is ridiculous. I’ve been a supporter since you opened the restaurant but that type of foolishness is just ridiculous. Somebody try to make me understand how that makes sense. You can keep your $5. I just paid full price and I can go back to eating

The food is food, but the place is worth a stop. As soon as you walk in you are genuinely welcomed with a warm greeting. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The place is well maintained. It’s a wonderful place to have a warm meal and break up any journey you may be on. Stop for the food, stay for the good vibes.
