Quick service has to wait some what because of an online order but it was just two minutes. I scanned my coupon and had no issues.

Vasili(spelling?) Manager is excellent at this location. He’s helped me b4 as well.as today Feb 21. He explained the rewards and all. Both visits ive dealt with him he is always helpful and I feel he really cares about customer experience. This is how it should be. Girl behind the counter kept saying she couldn’t hear me but I got the distinct feeling she could after the first time and was just alittle miserable huhh. We w still come here been here lots of times. Food was really on point today

Got a bowl of orange chicken and lo mein over half my bowl was just the cabbage from the Lo Mein I’ve noticed after shopping at both the archer and university locations that the Archer location can never make the Lo Mein right but the University location always makes the perfect proportions

Staff is really nice and friendly first time ever going to a Panda Express. Atmosphere is good very neat and clean. Also well lite inside with outside seating options. The food was okay. It lacks a flavor punch. The food has a very light subtle flavor. Not at all what I was hoping for. It is not bad place to eat. But on flavor alone I was not at all impressed by it and was really let down. The orange chicken didn’t at all have the usual spice you would expect. If you are looking for a real flavor filled punch to your food. Might want to go somewhere else. All in all not bad if you are really hungry and this is all there is around.

I love Panda Express because you can get so much food for not that expensive and it tastes so good their veggie spring rolls are really good. I usually get a bowl with chow mein and my favorite entrees are the honey walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken and Beijing beef I also like Panda Express because they have healthy options.
One thing I will say is I feel like you get kind of scammed when you get the bigger plates. My boyfriend always orders a bigger plate and I get the smallest one, and when you dump it out on a plate it doesn’t seem like there is that much difference in the amount of food

Save your money. This place was trash I used to like Panda Express. This was my first time trying it in a while and it was terrible. The staff is rude here and they don’t greet customers. There was a heavy set young lady behind the counter where the food was being served in pajamas. Your management needs to do a better job. Ps. The white rice was overcooked and hard. Absolutely terrible.

Management, you should train employees to have a smile when they are in front of customers. And at least make belief that you care for the business that your customers are bringing, to pay your salaries. IT ONLY TAKES A SECOND TO SMILE AT SOMEONE and make them feel like you appreciate them. We all go through things in life but we need to learn not to bring them to work.

Update: Went ahead and gave them a try, Teriyaki chicken was burnt(see pictures) and the Honey Chicken, the flavor was delish on make believe fried flour balls. You hardly get any chicken, it’s mostly the fried flour. Management these are simple things that managers should be paying attention. Unless is meant to be like that

Note: According to the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR), charring meat, poultry and fish can lead to the formation of heterocyclic amines (HCAs), carcinogens that may cause cancer.

PORTIONS

Came by to have lunch and give this Panda another chance. Teriyaki chicken wasn’t burnt like the previous time, kudos! Chow Mein noodles taste like cardboard, no flavor at all. All PORTIONS ARE WORST(see picture) even the plate is smaller and you still paying over $10
I’M DONE WITH THIS PANDA!!
THE AMOUNT OF FOOD ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU PAY. You will get more at other Chinese/Japanese restaurants then what you get here and more flavorful.

Spet over $30 for the chicken teriyaki, and cab and broccili. Cab was hard/raw, broccoli had a frozen taste, and chicken burnt. Chinese resturants are start to taste like American food. Teriyaki sauce was watered down. In cups.
