We came in to eat before UF vs LSU Gymnastics meet. They were making orange chicken. They took our order rang us up and brought us fresh food as soon as it was made. Great staff. Thanked us for stopping in as we left.

Ordered delivery! Food looked good, but the rice smelt and tasted burnt and the sesame chicken tasted like it’s been sitting there all day! Potstickers were really good and so were the fortune cookies 🙂

Amazing experience. The food was fresh and delicious. They had a lot of cabbage in the chow mein so they gave us a new one when it was ready. Excellent customer service. Will be back!! Scott was awesome.

Not impressed with this Panda Express. They were understaffed. I went thru drive thru as it was faster than waiting in line – which never happens. But they respect the drive thru more for some reason.
I got orange chicken – the best thing they have in my opinion- and it was ok. Service was just slow and food did not look fresh – but left out and Sad actually.
Soda fountain looks clean.
Restaurant was clean inside including tables and bathroom.
Handicap accessibility is good.
I would come back if I needed orange chicken as there are no other Chinese food availability on the general area.

every year and a half or so i make the mistake of coming here. was told to pull into space 2 and that food would be ready in 3 mins. after 20 min i go inside to ask and they act like you bothering them. awful service and food taste like it was 3d printed

Super greens, Teriyaki chicken, and Honey Walnut Shrimp were good, but mostly I am commenting about our service. Danielle served us and she gave 5 star service. I wanted to comment about this because most places have such crappy service unless you go to Chick-Fil-a haha…. Danielle was quick, and very polite. I appreciate this because when buying food from a business you don’t want to be treated with rude customer service. To the manager keep her as long as you can.

Absolute WORST service. I went through the drive thru and was told to pull into spot 2. I noticed there was a car in spot 3 already. I waited 20 minutes, despite being told my steamed veggies would only take 2-3 minutes. At this point there are 5 of us waiting for food. I go inside and there is 1 person in line and 2 people waiting for food. At this point the veggies I was waiting for are half gone and there is now no chow mein. So instead of telling me to wait for that now, he scraped all the cabbage out of the pan and put its in my tray. I literally had 5 noodles for my chow mein. I was so furious after waiting 20 minutes for “2-3” minute veggies the thought of waiting even longer was out of the question since he didn’t even tell the cook he needed more until he was scrapping the cabbage onto my plate. What kills me is my plate along with the other 5 cars, weren’t even on the line. Why not prep the plates with what you do have so this issue doesn’t happen? I’ll drive to Archer next time despite this one being right next to my house.

Almost everything was great! Im not used to eating Panda ex. but the server helped me to figure out my best food options. I was just visiting. The food was satisfactory, but we didn’t have any silverware & the veggie egg rolls ended up tasting old. The fortune was stale. I also had the pomegranate lemonade & liked it.

They sure don’t give you the usual amount of food most Panda’s give. Twice I’ve asked for sweet and sour and twice it wasn’t included. Tonight they said they don’t have any but gave me plum sauce. Food doesn’t seem fresh.
