I placed a mobile order and showed up about 8:55pm to pick it up…when I arrived to the speaker it said “sorry we are currently closed please visit us during normal business hours” although the website and posted signs at the restaurant state closing is in an hour from now at 10pm. The girl at the window seemed annoyed I was there and I was pulled forward while they prepared my order however when I got the order the food was cold and tasted old. Do better Panda Express this was completely disappointing.

Restaurant is clean and nice. Employees are fine. But the food is subpar. Especially for such simple food it’s unbelievable how bad they make it. Everything was cold, I got chicken teriyaki bowl with fried rice my daughter got orange chicken. The rice is so dry and tastes like it is 3 days old yet they topped it off with fresh out of the wok for my daughter’s bowl and I tasted hers and it was just as cold and dry and old what the heck?! My chicken is so over cooked it is like a sheet of stringy burnt chicken. It is like eating leather. How hard is it to cook teriyaki chicken? Or fried rice? I absolutely won’t be returning. Only glad I used a coupon.
It seriously is so bad and I am not exaggerating. It looks good at a glance but trust me once you get it to your mouth you will regret it. It tastes like old display food not actual fresh food. So overpriced. It’s so disappointing. Sigh.

Ordered at head 20 mins just to wait 30 mins inside for them to make the food and it was cold noodle tasted stiff and horrible small portions of everything 30$ for two meals for little to nothing we didn’t even get drinks that’s is just 2 meals no egg rolls or anything like that at trust me I won’t be back. Also the inside was dirty.

This place is the definition of hit or MISS, and guess what? it’s usually a miss. only thing semi-okay about this place is its cleanliness, which still can’t get above a 3 stars because you see the teenagers in the back slaving away while there is still random juices on the tables! Anyways, onto the food, they fill up 90% of your order with their shitty lo mein and rice!! then the other 10 percent with their cold meat that taste like a stop sign! Obviously we went to go tell them about this, and since NONE of them understand english except the 2 teenagers in the back, the lady kept thanking us as if we were complimenting her. Bottom line, we left ANGRY and HUNGRY, if you don’t believe me then read some of the other reviews

My Beijing beef is hard as a rock like crispy charcoal nothing like the consistency of meat.. on my way back for a refund this is absolutely disgusting.. where is the quality control?? How can you serve this to customers?? How is this “meat” so hard and crunchy?? How?? Edit: just left with full refund.. the manager barely spoke English and had to get a teenager to help her fulfill the refund request because she didn’t understand one of her job duties.. yet she’s a manager… Holy cow.. obviously no one there is qualified to serve food.. avoid at all costs.

This Panda Location isn’t so bad. The inside and the look of the restaurant is modernize and has that stream line look of just being simple. The food was good. Like some Panda Express their rice isn’t cooked well. But for the most part theirs are cooked well. The staff are very friendly and goes to greet customers.
