Me and my kids usually love this restaurant. We just moved to this area, so this is the first time we have eaten at this location.
The Broccoli Beef was 95% broccoli , see photo, and only two small pieces of beef. The walnuts in the Honey Walnut Shrimp were so hard and old that you could not even eat them. We got the last of the shrimp in the pan, so it was only four shrimp.
This has to be the worst Panda Express we have ever eaten at.

I am disappointed with my recent experience placing an online order for pickup, as I was quoted a 12:37 PM ready time but my order was not available until nearly 1:00 PM, despite my checking in at 12:45 and watching multiple later arriving customers be served first. When I finally inquired, I was told you had run out of Honey Walnut Shrimp, though I saw it being served to customers who ordered after me. The staff then offered only a substitution with Orange Chicken without addressing the significant price difference for the premium entrée I had paid for, which is both unfair and, in effect, an overcharge for an item I did not receive. This reflects poorly on both order fulfillment prioritization and your policy for handling out of stock premium items.

Been to Panda Expresse’s all over the country and I gotta say that I was thoroughly impressed with this one. Between Hannah’s stellar service and Eric’s phenomenal cooking this panda express is definitely above the others. If you find yourself in the FWB area and want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Miracle Strip, i highly recommend this super clean and quiet PE.

So went in here the other night at 9:38 pm. They close at 10 pm. The gal at the drive thru informed me that pretty much they were out of everything. Im sorry but you should be giving the same kind of service amd product from open to close. Will not return.

Too slow!!! Super green is always gone and we had to wait so long, but the staffs do not care about how long we wait. This is not the first time experiencing this issue.. They need more employees working in the kitchen especially during the peak hours because there is always a line waiting and food is always gone. Staff need to be more attentive to customers oredering in store!

I would try to avoid this location, they refused to cook my entree. Two orders of kung pao when they only had one. Please take your money elsewhere, they will feel it. If they don’t break daily sales they don’t get bonuses, and they don’t deserve it. Refusing to cook a main entree is ridiculous and not something that should ever happen, I’ve been a cook at panda before. It’s less than 5 minutes of their time.
