This is the first time I’ve been to this Panda Express in almost a year and I just want to say they did an outstanding job tonight!!!! I went through the drive thru and got the Honey Walnut Shrimp with the Honey Sesame Chicken and Greens. Wow!!!! Fast and friendly service from placing the order to getting fresh food! I only had to wait a few minutes! I can’t say enough about how everything went so smoothly! My food was on point, fresh, hot and tasted amazing! Nickey was AMAZING and so sweet and friendly at the drive thru from initial placing the order to window and walking out to hand me the food. She really made my day just by how friendly she was and even asked if I wanted any sauces while at the window. Best customer service hands down at any place! Thank you to the great work the whole team did and for the friendliness of Nickey! I hope the team and her get recognized tonight! I’m amazed just for the fact that previous experiences haven’t been so great so this is huge! I will definitely be coming back!

I ordered Fried Rice (1/2), Chow Mein (1/2), Honey Walnut Shrimp, Mushroom Chicken, Broccoli Beef. My rice and noodles were over cooked and pieces were stuck together, you can see the difference in the rice looking at the picture. I did mobile order and when I walked in, the two younger girls did not greet me at all. The rest was good.

Panda Express never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. I love their Orange Chicken — it’s crispy, sweet, and just the right amount of spicy. The Chow Mein and Honey Walnut Shrimp are also favorites in our family.

Food was very good, as was the service, used the drive-thru. Spice on dynamite sweet/sour chicken is quite hot, same for Beijing beef, but still had great flavor. We split the “bigger plate” meal and was plenty for 2.

After we stayed too late at the beach, we were glad to get a quick hot meal in a casual atmosphere close to our hotel. My daughter has an onion allergy, so she appreciated the server helping her identify foods she could enjoy.

Flavorless food…
My chow mein was white… I think they failed to add soy sauce or anything else to give it flavor.
My orange chicken was extremely bland and not very orange.
My green bean chicken wasn’t cooked long enough, so the green beans were still very crunchy.

Ive eaten different Panda Expresses and atleast had the same food over and over. Not at this one. The rice was so over cooked it was tiny hard pieces stuck together. The orange chicken was so so. No one wants to go back out in traffic to get their food replaced. Now I see why it has such a poor rating. Too many other choices in the area if you want asian food.

I am someone that rarely complains so it has to be pretty extreme for me to leave a review like this. Myself and children ordered chicken and quickly realized **after** taking a bite that it looked somewhat raw. I took our food up to the line employee and asked if he could cook it longer or just replace it with some from the next batch coming out. He quickly responded by arguing that the meat was was fully cooked and proceeded to stick a meat thermometer in multiple pieces of **my** chicken on my plate, then tells me it’s at the right temp (without showing me the number) all while everyone is watching this. AFTER using that thermometer on my plate he proceeded to use it in the dishes behind the the counter that were being sold to other customers!! At that point I was in complete shock (also in a hurry) and walked back to the table with our food, snapped pics of it (to report it) and left it there. While driving I quickly called the manager “Kyle” to express what just happened and he seemed agitated that I even called him speaking very aggressively and cocky, telling me there was nothing he could do about amd asking me “why” I even called him. I reminded him that they broke an extreme health violation and treated me poorly so at that point it was as much a principle rather than money. “Kyle” told me to come right back and he would refund it if I had my receipt. The only problem is his employee never gave me one and threw it away in the trash (without asking me) when I initially checked out. After telling Kyle this, he told me not to worry about the receipt and offered to refund my money if I came right back. After all of this happening I thought surely they were trying to make things right even though he was still being horribly rude on the phone. I went straight back to the restaurant and requested Kyle like he told me (all within 10 mins) and he walked upfront acting like he never spoke with me. He literally said “what is it you need my help with?? I still “nicely” reminded Kyle that he and I JUST spoke and I was only waiting for my refund and would gladly leave. Kyle asked me for my receipt!!?? At this point I was completely fed up and done being calm. I advised him to stop playing games with me and give me the refund that **he asked me** to drive back for. He then sarcastically apologizes and and tells me “it will be a while” so he can go back through the recorded videos to “find” my purchase. After once again reminding him they were serving raw chicken and sharing utensils with others customers, he replied by yelling at me loudly in front of everyone in the restaurant telling me that he couldn’t just give me a refund for not liking “”that””” (in a racial way) kind of food! for gathered myself the best I could and told him I would NO longer play his games and showed him my actual purchase on my debit account amd told him to do as he told me he would. He refused to take that proof and responded in an arrogant way. I told him I was done and started to walk out and. He continued yelling, then say says “I was trying to make things right!” What??? I’m so confused!! ***Gaslighting-Contradiction-Yelling-Denial-Arrogant-Sarcastic-Rude*** I feel like I just woke up from a dream that made zero sense!! What just happened??

Ordered Beijing Beef, so dry and overcooked that it was Crunchy and tasteless! Orange chicken was mostly Ok but some pieces very dry. Chow mein had WAY to many onions…Overall a very disappointing experience.

I really enjoy Panda Express, but this is my first time leaving a review. During my recent visit, I was truly impressed by the kindness and service of an employee named Kyle while I was waiting for my food. His warm smile seemed to brighten the entire atmosphere of the restaurant.
