Drive thru not busy. But server Makayla B gave me this. Small pieces of meat I can count with my fingers. The menu should say Broccoli with hint of tiny pieces shredded beef lol. I thought there’s a lot more. I ate 2 pcs of Brocolli this is what’s under. We all suffer from inflation even buying to go food.

Ordered the Plate with Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Chow Mein. The Orange Chicken was very good, but the Sesame Chicken was just okay. The Chow Mein was awful, it was dry and flavorless, and I ended up throwing it in the garbage.
My husband had the Bowl, with Teriyaki Chicken and Fried Rice. He said both were very good. I tried his fried rice and thought it was good, as well.
Will definitely go back but won’t get the Sesame Chicken or Chow Mein again.

I went though the dive thru around 2 today. I’m a restaurant manager myself, so I pay attention to service standards. This encounter was disappointing. The girl with brown hair at the window did not greet me at all and immediately stated my total without any basic courtesy. When I added cream cheese rangoons to my order after realizing they were on the menu, she appeared visibly annoyed.
I know everyone has off days, but simple hospitality like a saying hi how are you in a normal tone makes a big difference. I hope management reinforces basic customer service expectations.

Waited in the parking lot for 20 mins bc the drive thru was backed up, no issue. I went inside and waited in line because I figured it was forgotten. I get to the front and Lyca straight up acts like I’m not there to take the guy after me’s order, even the other customer asked what was up with that. Sharon was super helpful.

We used to come here every Sunday and the staff was great. Got our food right and was kind to our kids. Easiest way to pay for lunch for a family of four for only 23 dollars.

Happened that the honey walnut shrimp was just coming off the cook line so it was super fresh. The staff here super friendly. Value is true. It might seem like portion for price is lopsided, until you finish eating and can’t move. So glad this is nearby for me. Will be a frequent diner.

Service is a -1000 Literally every time I come here to the nine mile location.. it’s always something. No white rice… no Sesame chicken, no this no that… now this. Why is the drive thru closed this time of day 430 pm. Not to mention the rude girl with the blonde tip dreads Donna She was so rude I just want a refund at this point because it’s getting ridiculous. Now the tall young guy he was nice he was very respectful. Give DONNA her walking papers ♀️she hate her job

Worst Panda Express I’ve been to customer service is terrible. I came at 9:00 to pick up a DoorDash order which they close at 9:30 and they sat there and kept looking at me and ignored me then when I knocked on the drive thru window the thirst time they yelled at me saying “WE’RE CLOSED WE’RE CLOSED.” Why not just say that the first time instead of looking and ignoring?!!
