I recently placed a catering order and was genuinely impressed. The staff showed warm, earnest hospitality, and the food was tasty and prepared exactly as I requested. Portions were more than sufficient, and they even gave me a discount without me asking—such a pleasant surprise. On top of that, the decor here is awesome, noticeably better than many other Panda Express locations. Highly recommend this spot for both quality food and great service!

Yes the buzz is worn off this place isn’t as busy but the food is always great. The staff is always friendly. The place is always clean and the prices are more than fair. We are just very glad that there’s a panda near the house now and we don’t have to go as far.

This is probably the nicest Panda Express we have been in. The restaurant is obviously well run and is always clean. We did have to wait for one of our items, but the girl behind the counter was so nice and gave us a free appetizer while we waited. The food came out hot fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Waited more than 5 Minutes to place my order while being the ONLY person in line. The staff were too busy with Drive Thru and Online Orders and the workers looked depressed and overworked. Looked chaotic back there. Orange Chicken was disappointing but the rice was ok. Won’t be coming back here.

So far we have been very impressed with the new Panda Express that we have here at Beach Walk. The vegetables are fresh and crispy and the food has good flavor. As a vegan, I’ve been getting the chow mein and the super greens. The veggie spring rolls are on my list to try next. My family has been getting all different kinds of food and they have not complained about anything so far. We were a little worried when they showed up that we were going to get low flavor and soggy vegetables like some of the other Panda Express that we have been to but this one has not disappointed. Thank you so much for coming to Beach Walk and bringing us exceptional food. That is very fresh and quick to get.

Great food and the Manager Dalia is incredible. I placed a pickup order for my family of 20. However, after several errors with GrubHub not placing my order, I finally placed it but for the incorrect day/time. GrubHub was of absolutely zero assistance. I immediately drove to the store and even though my order had already been made, I explained to Dalia I had made a mistake, and she didn’t even hesitate to help me. Because of her our family Christmas cookie night was a success. The food was sooooo good. Hot and fresh and so thoughtfully packaged. I HIGHLY recommend catering from the Beachwalk Panda Express!!! And ask for Dalia.

Outstanding food and service, Bill was greeting customers immediately as they arrived and paying great attention to detail when serving them. Rita was super kind and checked on customers in the dining room when taking a break from serving food. I have only been to Panda Express a few times but this type of service would make me come back! Food was great and fresh too.

While at the store waiting for my order to be ready, I witnessed a mgr(?) tell another employee to take out her extra earrings. Please tell me why having two sets of earrings is any different than one set when it comes to preparing my food order. I feel that in today’s time an extra set of earrings is not something a company should worry about. I feel this is a power trip on the mgt. I feel bad for the staff that has to put up with ridiculous rules set forth by some person sitting on their @55.

What an AWFUL experience! Ordered and paid for a simple $13. Meal from Grubhub. Order PAID & time exactly what pickup stated. Sent my granddaughter in only to have her come out twice telling me they rudely denied her the order. I gave her my phone to PROVE the payment! I went in to complain about the miserable customer service only to be told 3 x “I don’t understand the problem”. There were 2 table and ZERO customers on line. Take the headphones off, train your staff on customer service (jersey mikes pick, Panera pick up great examples). NEVER going again to this Beachwalk biz. I’m sure it had nothing to do w the pickup person being my 15 yr old Natl Honor Student biracial granddaughter!
