Haven’t been to a panda in years!!! This location really helped me wonder why, food was excellent and fresh. Everyone was super nice and friendly and the place was clean. Got to love that. I had the 3 meat plate. Will definitely be back and would recommend.

really bad experience unfortunately. was fulfilling a doordash order and it took a literal 30 mins for one item. one guy was very polite but i heard him ask the same girl for my order by name 3 times and then she comes over to me later once my mom says something and asks me for the name like she didnt know. it doesnt take half an hour to make teriyaki chicken. thats 30 minutes i’m not getting paid. thankful for the one guy who kept me informed but no one else was even trying tbh

Waited 25 minutes for ONE online order item. Had to ask for it multiple times. Employees were not preparing it. They were too busy cleaning for the end of the night before the restaurant was even closed. Wish I’d caught his name…there was ONE employee preparing plates that tried to help us out. But no one else seemed to care.

We went through the drive-thru last night. Our refrigerator and freezer just broke and we had to throw out a ton of food that spoiled, overall I had a rough day.

Terrible service. I got 2 dishes. One of which they said was being made and they would bring it out. 15 minutes later I go to the counter and its still not ready. I asked for something else and they blew me off. 25 minutes later I am done eating and just want the rest of my order so I can go. And I paid $19 for this.

Oh the food. Flavorless and dry. Honey shrimp dry n burnt. Noodles dry almost crunchy. Dirty disgusting condiment bar with nothing on it except napkins and forks. Service was confused show and was very impatient with me.

First time here.Ordered at the drive thru. Young woman taking my order was terse. Got home to find my entree, beef and broccoli was actually broccoli and broccoli.
To be fair, there were two small pieces (1″x1″, no lie) of beef. The broccoli appeared overcooked, but was tough. The fried rice was marginal. I will not be back.
