Today I came to Panda Express, not as a worker but a customer. I ordered a bowl with half white rice and chow mein with black pepper steak. Instead I was a given a scoop of rice and a few pieces of noodles and cabbage and veggies. My partner ordered a plate with fried rice teriyaki and orange chicken. After waiting for the food we were served he received a plate with rice and orange chicken and I had to go up to the counter and let them know we were missing food. Way to much talking going on and not enough paying attention to the customers needs and keeping the lines inside and outside down. Definitely didn’t see any Panda Core Values while being served. Super disappointed ……

Stopped by Panda Express this afternoon for a quick lunch. The service was fast and friendly, and the food hit the spot. I went with the teriyaki chicken and beef with broccoli, both were tasty and satisfying.

The food is usually good and the employees are nice. Tonight they forgot an entree . My fault for not checking before leaving. There is no available contact to let them know somebody isn’t doing their job right. I hope they can see this review and adjust properly this evening to make sure hard working folks looking for an easy meal can get home with their full orders.

Glad this Panda Express is finally open! Inside is new, clean and fresh. The little panda statue in the front is cute. Haven’t seen that at other locations. Food was fresh and delicious. I got the bowl with teriyaki chicken. I’ve been to other locations, so this is exactly what I expected. Welcome to regency!

Usually I’m getting panda express on Baymeadows, but then I got here twice, first time was okay, but today I got much smaller portion then before, employee placed just one scoop of orange chicken compared to others when it’s usually two.

Food was great. Nothing much I can say about it. My only problem was that I felt like I was being rushed the whole time ordering. I understand when people are in a bad mood, so I won’t continue with this review. But hey, I will be coming back. Great food, great environment.

New Panda Express at Regency Park (next to Chic Fila and Chilis) is located at the prior Pollo Tropical. We ordered online using the app. When we arrived our family meal was ready and waiting at the pickup area. Staff confirmed we were picking up our order and not food bandits.
Staff were amazing. Food was delish. I wasn’t able to eat the entrees (Meatless Friday) but the lo mein and vegetable fried rice were hot and fresh. My hubby devoured the orange chicken, pepper chicken and Beijing beef. We are so glad the management here is on their A game. The team behind the counter did amazing!!!

Getting Started
The manager Tyler who created our plates was rude and acted as if he didn’t care that several food items were not cooked or ready which forced us to order items we really didn’t care to eat. There were at least 5-6 items that were not ready and the restaurant was empty no one was in there. I will not be returning to this location, I will stick to the location I usually go to in the town center. That location gets it right EVERYTIME! Never had a problem there. This is 3rd time I’ve had an issue with this location.
