I showed up at 9:39 which according to their page and website is nine minutes after their open hours start, I’m sitting in front of the door while the employees are blankly staring off into space because the definitely heard me

When I go done waiting a hour for the door to be open I come in and the food is bare, you’d think all the food would be ready to go first thing in the morning? I guess not at Panda Express, they must of not restocked the menu since last night or the employees missed breakfast at home.

Food tasted good though, staff needs to take their jobs seriously though, oh yeah! Clean that bathroom it’s still gross

I placed an online order at 3:55pm for pickup at 5:15pm. I arrive at the restaurant to pick up my order at 5:25 and I am told it’s not ready yet. So I sit and wait for it. The staff takes other people’s order and pushes mine to the side numerous times while I wait in the restaurant right in front of them. I placed the order an hour and a half before I arrived, which should have been plenty of time to get it ready. The fact that my order was pushed to the side to serve others is extremely irritating. Will not come back to this location.

The food is always really good. They have a bad habit of when it hits a certain time letting the “We’re closed” announcement on the drive thru go before they come on so you think it’s closed and you drive away. I literally got there at 9:30 and almost drove away when I heard the announcement then I realized they close at 12 AM. Also, Christine had a terrible attitude.

The lady at the window told me I had to come inside to get my order my after coming through the drive through which I never had to do before, so I asked her why the car in front of me didn’t have to go inside, then the lady tells me that’s because that car is waiting on their food and we will bring it out to them, so I ask her why couldn’t you bring me my food she rolled her eyes and said to move forward, I pulled forward right behind the car I asked about since it was still waiting in line then the lady comes out the building to tell me to get out the line, stop I asked again why is that vehicle aloud to wait for their food and I have to go inside, instead of giving me an explanation she tells me that car is in a parking spot waiting for their food, I took a good video showing the car was in the drive through also but the lady wanted me to move out the line to go inside

I ordered DoorDash and my food came extremely disheveled. It was as though it was thrown. So I reported it to DoorDash who gave me a full refund to which I immediately ordered the same thing again. I sent a message to the driver letting them know what happened and asked them to take extra care. The dasher told me the food was packaged upside down. The woman at the counter who did not speak a word of English refused to re-pack it. The driver brought me the food because I paid for it and my boyfriend would eat it. I could not eat either of the disheveled orders as the honey walnut shrimp is sticky, and the rice would not come off without excessive picking which I shouldn’t have to do to enjoy my meal. I can understand it being in the same box it is going to touch a little bit, but this rice was under on top of an inside of the shrimp, which was all packed to the back of the container which when I opened it spilled out. Both times. So I then sent my boyfriend into the store who was met with the same woman at the front counter, who did not speak any English. He asked for just a side of the honey walnut shrimp as we already had about five days worth of rice from the other two mishaps. She kept repeating herself over and over “lo men or rice?” As my boyfriend kept repeating just shrimp, please, and he eventually gave up and said rice in which she gave him a giant container of rice again. She then asked what entrée and he said shrimp and she attempted to put it directly on top of the rice again to what he said no separate and she stared at him like he had 4 heads. He is extremely non confrontational so he did not tell me this until he got home, to which I called the store, and got through to someone who spoke English! (Thank god). The team member on the phone, DD, was very understanding of my sensory issues and said that even if that wasn’t a factor, the way the food was packaged, and then customer service we received was NOT okay, and apologized profusely. He took the time to listen, and helped to come up with a solution to make everyone happy that was fair. We ordered DoorDash for a reason (I broke my foot and have a 10 month old), so it’s very hard for me to get out of the house right now. DD ensured that if we came back within the next few days and referenced the order with receipts, we would be compensated with a proper side of honey walnut shrimp. DD’s customer service is how all customer interactions should be handled and if he’s not an assistant manager which he gave me the vibes of (he was very professional and prompt with knowing what was going on, understanding the situation, and making it right) then he should be!

Recently, I had an issue with my order at Panda Express, but they handled it really well. The staff took responsibility, corrected the situation, and even provided me with a free meal to make things right. I really appreciate the customer service and how they rectified the problem. It shows they care about their customers, and that goes a long way.

My family and I came in for a late lunch today and there were only 5 people ahead of me. It took 30 minutes to get up to order, the staff had no sense of urgency and some were seen meandering around with no direction. They were busy arguing amongst themselves and more focused on their drama than serving the customers. My order looked incorrect when they passed my box over to the cashier and when I inquired about it I was assured that it was correct but they did not open the box. When we got our order my husband’s order was wrong and I had additional items that I did not order and was charged for them. When I asked for the correct items for my husband and gave them the incorrect items, I was met with some rudeness and still no hustle to get it fixed. Then I asked to see about manager about the additional items that we were charged for I was told that the manager was too busy and that was it. No offer to have them come over later or to resolve the issue. The food tasted well enough but the service was atrocious.
