Placed an online order and was giving a time avaliable for pickup. Got there a few minutes after the pick up time and was told I needed to wait about 7 minutes for shrimp to be done. My husband went inside about 10 minutes later, still not done. 22 minutes has now passed, and we get a text that food is ready for pickup. Pull back around they drive thru, checked out order when they handed it to me, and it was missing an entire platter that was order. When I told the guy it was missing, he comes back and says they don’t have enough of what I ordered, I asked for different options, and it was nothing that I eat, so we asked for a refund on it. Was told he couldn’t give us one because it was ordered online. Said they had some now cooking but again I would have to wait. Again, another 20 minutes goes by and again the other part of my order is ready. By this time the first part of my order is already cold, so again I get to the window, pick up the second part, and there order is not even correct. Frustrated I just deal with it. Have attempted for 2 days to contact that store to speak to a manage and nobody answers the phone. I li1ve almost an hour away so can’t just stop by. No gloves worn by anybody preparing food, scrapping the bottom of the pan just to try and fill orders. I love panda express, but will never return to this location

Ordered a bigger plate with chow mein and when I got it there were only a couple noddles and the rest was cabbage. No joke. I can not belive they let it leave like this. The other plate we got was piled high with noodles. But mine had nothing but cabbage. I’m not exaggerating either literally nothing but slimy cabbage with maybe five or six lo noodle sprinkled throughout. I have pictures if it’ll let me post just cannot believe they literally put that on a plate. Thanking that it was acceptable. Contacted DoorDash, but they just wanna give me a six dollar refund for a $40 meal. I didn’t want a refund anyways I wanted my food tried to call the restaurant to inform the manager so at least they know that one of their employees attempted to serve someone like that But didn’t get an answer. I’m just very surprised that they sent a plate out the door looking like this.

The blonde girl who greeted was just so lovely, so helpful & complementary. The food is always so good and fresh…it never disappoints. Just a little sad they discontinued my favorite dish…Sweet Fire Chicken. However, I have other favorites so I truly enjoyed my meal.

I am NEVER going back to this place ever again, I was ordering chow mein, and the last bit of it left was so oily, it was absolutely no joke at all. Although, I also ordered orange chicken, it seemed normal. That was the only thing I liked from this place. But since the chow mein was so oily, that’s why im giving a one star for this review.

I really love this place, but they continually disappoint at opening time. You can’t actually get food until at least 30-45 min AFTER they open. It has happened to me 4 times and I was On the phone With a buddy of mine this morning who went in at 10:30 which is 30 minutes after they open and the rice was still going to be 35 more minutes. They had one entrée ready. This isn’t the kind of establishment that can function like that when it’s a pick what you want style…. Why not just say you open at noon?

Today I went and stopped by this location since I was in lake city again, and a lot of times when I’m in lake city my family loves to stop by Panda Express, we love the teriyaki chicken!! But today I was getting take out for my family, and I had doctors appointment, and I was tired and I just have to say April is truly a breath of fresh air!! She was so very welcoming, smiling and very pleasant to speak with, and the fact she said oh the change 3.33 is an angel number, automatically made me connect with her even more. She’s such a loving good soul!! It’s people like this that are so important to customer service and business, the ones who are greeting others with warm beautiful smiles, and a unforgettable personality whoever hired April, I think you made a amazing choice!!! Oh, and she says thankyou for existing, and it’s not something people hear all the time, and I think that’s just beautiful!!! People like April make this world a better place!!!

This place was not bad. Very courteous and smiling faces. The food was done on a timely manner. Would definitely come back again if we were to stop by again. The only thing they lack is cleaning the tables for anyone to eat and sit down to eat their food. We had to clean it ourselves.

My box literally had no meat in it. I ordered 2 entrees with rice and there was only rice. The food we did get was delicious but it doesn’t make up for the missing $15 worth of food.

We live in an adjacent town and was passing through so we stopped in to eat. When we saw how the food looked we started to just leave and I wish now we had. There was only a handful of what looked like yesterday’s pepper steak so we asked how long before some fresh steak was put out and they said 5-7 mins. We said we’d wait on it and ordered and paid. When they brought our food they had given us the old steak instead. We also ordered the teriyaki chicken, half of it was burnt and the other half looked undercooked. The vegetables (which we also waited for because they were out) were good and the place was clean but most of the food was just pitiful. And just in case a manager would like to know we dined there on 7/11/24 at around 7:30pm.
