Ugh, that new Panda Express at the PX is the worst! We always have to wait forever for someone to even come out from the back, and there are like, 3-4 people just standing around doing nothing. Seriously, zero customer service, not even a “hello,” just a rude “what do you want?” Today was just as bad – someone finally came out to take our order, then a line formed, and the girl took three people’s orders behind us while we were still waiting to check out! We had to loudly ask if someone was available to check us out so we could finally leave. If I wasn’t starving, we would’ve just walked out. Oh, and their food is totally mediocre.

This place is always hit or miss. Just go to the one off post at least that one has food. Was told the reason they didn’t have any was because they were about to close. But the whole bar was empty. Also what restaurant closes at 4pm? Just stay open another hour or close at lunch.

This used to be the best location ( Fort Stewart) , however, it has gone done drastically. Today make the fourth time I have visited there and there was literally nothing on the line to serve. When I asked about a food item that is listed on the menu, I was told, ” no more of that today ( super green veggies) , or we out of that, won’t have it until tomorrow, or we don’t serve that at this location”. Sad, because out of all the locations in and near Hinesville GA, this was the best location to eat from.

As much as I enjoy this specific location, it has gone downhill and I fear it’s due to management. The only solice we had was the cashier sha, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated. She successfully offered my wife Teriyaki chicken when the Orange chicken was unavailable, which is a feat in itself considering how indecisive she is lol. I just wish they had more hands on the line to help the young lady in the back, she’s clearly overworked and does not want to be there. The food was hot and fresh as always but the workers there need to actually WANT to work there

Always fresh, hot, and generous portions. Unlike the other one (which is off post by hobby lobby). Don’t be disappointed and go here. You’ll get your money’s worth and your food will be hot! So good. They always get people out as fast as they come in. I have avoided the one by Hobby Lobby since this one opened.

I went to the one in Building 416 on Ft. Stewart. Food was sitting in the steamers for a long time drying them out and over cooking them. A lot of food items were not even on the serving line. The egg rolls were very dry and over cooked. The food I did get was good.

Worst panda Express I ever ate at for DINNER (maybe lunch is better). The chicken and shrimp were hard to chew on. Usually, for being under the lights for a long time. Service was what I usually expect from Fort Stewart and Hinesville, bare minimum. Atmosphere was good for me because it was empty and empty, which means peace and quiet. I guess it was empty for a reason, huh!!!! At 1730, they were only accepting cards. No cash. Why? They close at 1800. Don’t eat here!!!!!!!

Overpriced like all Panda Express, except this one has less from you to choose from. Perhaps due to the supply chain issues that are currently going on, nonetheless being out of teriyaki chicken breast at 12:30 is probably not a wise business decision. Food was decently cooked because it was constantly fresh because they were constantly out of things.
***Update***: If you show up at 10:30 all the food is hot and they have everything they’re supposed to.

I don’t know why I even bother with this place at this point. It’s the same result every time coming back here- doesn’t even matter if it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There is always no other options but 4. I get honey walnut shrimp with fried rice or noodles and like always the shrimp is hard the fried rice is burnt and if I get the noodles it tastes raw-. I even had an interaction while with my mother of a man yelling at us saying we’re “banned” because he was the only one there, didn’t wanna deal with us, and wanted to go home. He even left on the spot when we left to go get Basket Robins instead. So 5/5? no if I could give it zero stars…I would-
