This is probably the smallest Panda Express I’ve been to but it was still good. Clean. Friendly. I think there might be a couple less options here than other locations, but it might appear that way because it’s a smaller store. The bathroom was clean but the water faucet was pretty loose in the men’s room

Arrived just before 5 on a Friday and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would be a 5, but only 4 stars due to several unclean areas – a few tables needed wiping down, spills and rubbish on the drink station counters, crumbs on the floor beneath tables, receipt on the floor. Saw an employee who was coming back from their break tidy up a little by picking up a straw wrapper and receipt from floor/counter and disposing them before returning to back-of-house kitchen work – nice job!

Finding a parking spot was challenging, it was Friday & the line was ridiculously long & slow to move, most of the food looked old, the Orange Chicken I had wasnt cooked firm & it wasn’t saucy, the”fried” rice wasn’t, and the peas & carrots in it were hard/raw. Ive had better food and service at other locations,…in no rush to return to this location

First time ever! Bad food! Spent almost 40 bucks for what is literally goin to the dog. Noodles were “pasty” and hard. I think under cooked. But the chicken I believe was spoiled. Just nasty! Wife had a couple of good pieces so at first she said it was me. Then she got a rank piece and stopped eating. Someone needs to do better. You can see how much was left in the picture and I was very hungry.

The lady who serves me was one of the nicest people ever, so accommodating and very nice. The atmosphere was calm and clean, and the food was very fresh and good quality and they gave me a very very good portion size, this is an amazing Panda Express.

Part of the in store dinning was closed respectfully. It was a wait on the inside so ordering online would be best. We ordered fried rice, orange chicken and Beijing Beef. The rice was good, orange chicken was decent, Beijing Beef was too burnt and hard. Today wasn’t the best but the food looks great.

We always enjoy Panda Express but the one in Midtown was especially good. Not only was the food fresh and delicious the staff was awesome. A wonderful young man named Jamari helped us. He was funny, nice and fast and when the drink machinw ran out he fixed it roght away and then came out to our table to ket us know. I also saw him check on several other customers as they were eating.

Came to pick up online order for a large group we were having a meeting with. Order got lost in translation and was not ready, but talk about hustle and recovery. This team cooked for 30 people, packaged, and helped carry out in less than 30 min wait. As I sat here and waited I watched about 40 customers move through the lunch rush line. This team was in sync and gave quick and friendly customer service. The cooks made my big order and kept the serving line moving with fresh cooked food. It was pretty amazing to watch. Kudos to the Manager, Tyler, for leading by example on jumping in the kitchen and on the grill! Gionna on the register was pretty awesome too! Congrats to this whole team!
