Stopped in for dinner, they had 3 main dishes and everything else was out of stock because they’re closing at 7pm due to the “cold”. 18 degrees constitutes closing early and not making all your dishes. If that wasn’t bad enough the soda machine was broken and they had no lemonade. Manager here needs to be fired.

I was disappointed when I opened my box, the box itself is small than the usual box I got over the states. Chow Mein is plain without vegetables. Firecracker shrimp had no beans, and the black pepper chicken was the worst, there’re no celeries, and chicken was super small like minced and not fresh.

It’s definitely good for grabbing something quick to eat, though I personally don’t really have a huge fondness for it. The kids, however, really do enjoy it. The staff is consistently nice and very courteous. The only thing I find a bit of a drawback is that the store is quite small and it often feels rather crowded.

I placed an online order Wednesday and received the entire wrong plate and didn’t receive the 2 orders of spring rolls and order of cream cheese Rangoons. I called immediately after the food was delivered and was told that I would receive a refund back by end of the day. I didn’t. I waited an extra day just incase it was a delay and still didn’t receive it. I called back again this morning to speak to someone and everytime they answered they would hang up at the exact moment I asked to speak to a manager or when I would say I had an issue with a order. I’m not one to complain but after being hung up on 6 times that’s a problem. I will be reaching out to cooperate cause this is unacceptable and if this is how yall treat y’all’s customers don’t count on me being one again.

Guess moble orders are more important here than showing up and ordering. Had to wait to order so they could fulfill call ins and then had to wait to pay so they could hand out orders to people that showed up after I was already in line.

Quick service Chinese restaurant that sells familiar items such as orange chicken, fried rice, and lo mein, as well as their own signature dishes such as the walnut shrimp. The experience is more like the Asian restaurants you would see in the mall rather than the hole in the wall family businesses. The service was very good: orders taken quickly and the ladies working are friendly and attentive. The food itself is average to subpar. The protein entrees such as the chicken and Mongolian beef were lukewarm and chewy to bite as they are hardened, and they are drowned in a thick overly sweet sauce to where it feels like you are eating just the orange and Mongolian sauce rather than orange chicken or Mongolian beef. The rice was also hard as well. Overall if you don’t mind eating food sitting in heating containers for a long period of time, you might enjoy this option for a quick meal.

My family & I have visited this Panda Express many times! Food is always fantastic! Service is wonderful! Restaurant is always super clean! Great choice of dishes! Safe area! Plenty of free parking in a parking lot! Try the Teriyaki Chicken! It is delicious! I haven’t ever had anything there that I didn’t like! Hot, fresh, & yum! This Panda Express is right in the middle of all kinds of stores and shopping. There is also a movie theater nearby. One of my favorite shopping areas and I’m a local. I attached a picture of my meal! I have to apologize though! The portions are huge but I had already eaten some from my meal before I remembered to take a picture. It was just that delicious!
