The food was great and tasted fresh. The staff was nice, friendly, and very attentive. We dined in a little after 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday night, so it wasn’t peak rush hour, and there was no wait at all.
I noticed a lot of reviews complaining about long wait times, so I included a photo showing the overwhelming number of mobile app orders this location received just while we were there. That’s something many people don’t consider is that restaurants can be fully staffed for drive-thru and dine-in, but mobile ordering can easily push things into “extremely busy” territory.
Honestly, I think people are being a bit too harsh. We really enjoyed our visit, and the inside was decorated nicely for Christmas. We will definitely come back.

Everything was delicious! I appreciated the consciousness of the staff checking temps of food. The place is beautiful and clean, and I really appreciate how well staff is compensated. I support businesses who care for their own.

Thay are super fast, efficient and friendly. The location is very clean and cool to look at. I apologize, I don’t have a high opinion of fast food but as far as fast food goes, it’s got a lot of good flavor and the portion sizes are HUGE. There’s a lot of breading for my taste but it doesn’t take away from the overall meal. If you’re wanting something super fast, yummy and plentiful, this is definitely the place for you. Oh, and definitely try the tea! That was my favorite part!

Great food, unfortunately this location is the slowest I’ve ever been to by far. I’ve ordered pickup, went through the drive through, and went inside to order all at this location. All 3 have been slower than any other panda. It’s actually impressive.
I somehow ordered pickup at 6:40 and still my 7:20 they didn’t have what I ordered and told me it would be 8 more minutes. Get ready to wait.

I was so excited to see a Panda open on Highway 29, however the excitement was short lived. The first night we went there it was extremely busy. I ordered the bowl with pepper steak and noodles. What I received was a bowl of noodles and no more than 2 pieces of steak. The second time my wife and I went there we had our little dog so we decided to eat in the car. My wife went inside to order and to let the staff know about the lack of meat on our last visit. The employee that waited on her was extremely apologetic and made sure I received plenty of meat.
I ordered again last night online and ask for a plate with two entrees and spring vegetables. What I received was grilled mushrooms that looked like steak mixed in with just a few pieces of steak which had so much fat I couldn’t eat it. The spring vegetables were pretty much huge pieces of broccoli that seemed raw. Terrible dinner.
I’m debating whether to never go back or make every visit inside and watch them put the food on the plate. Plus since my experience has been so bad with their steak I will have to order chicken instead. Just that alone makes me not want to return there. So sad, this could have been a good place to eat.

The girl at the drive-thru was so nice. It made me want to go through the drive-thru again just to get treated that good. The food is always amazing but her attitude of gratitude and just being so sweet was really cool. We’re very refreshing.

I ordered online and picked up at the drive up window. It was a very smooth and quick process. A variety of sauces were included, as were a napkin, fork and fortune cookie without having to request them. The drive though was moving quickly. The lady at the window was extremely friendly. The food was delightful, and well prepared. I will look forward to eating here often . The website is also easy to use and the pictures on the website are accurate.
