The customer service was good. As well as the food. I had issues with a coupon in my app, but the cashier was able to figure it out. I loved the decor of the establishment it’s unique and beautiful. They also had 2 Panda Express cars never seen that before.

Excellent! One of the best spots in town. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The sweet fire chicken just came off the wok and was exceptionally crispy and delicious! Portions are large and prices are affordable.
Most, if not ALL, of the main menu is dairy free! YAY! As someone who cannot eat any dairy this is a big deal because my choices here aren’t limited like at most other places.
Service was awesome. All the staff are friendly. The worker, Lubna, was especially helpful and accomodating. She reminded me I could taste test different dishes before ordering. That helped me narrow down my choices, even though it was still hard to choose because how good all the options were!

For Asian food in a hurry that is delicious and reasonably priced, you cannot beat Panda Express. The service is always great. I have never been disappointed in anything that I have had there. Be careful with some of the spicy dishes, some of them have some kick. You will love it if you like spicy food, but don’t let it surprise you if you do not. There are plenty of options without spices.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this one. I’ve been to literally hundreds of Panda Express locations and this spot actually made me want to say something. The dining room looked packed so I went through the drive thru, expecting the order taker to rush me. Lubna (I think she was a manager) did the complete opposite
She took my order with patience even with all my random requests and questions about the new menu item. She stayed super polite and positive the whole time. I even had a separate order to add and usually that’s where drive thru workers get annoyed but her energy never changed. It honestly felt like she cared about getting everything right
Last week I went to the Panda in Snellville and the guy taking orders was rushing me when it wasn’t even busy so this was a huge difference. Lubna deserves recognition for real
The lady at the window, I think her name was Anyely, was also really nice when taking my payment. And the food was on point too. Good portions and everything tasted fresh

Twice I’ve ordered the sesame chicken. The meat is obviously leftovers-hard to chew-like overcooked meat does when it sets. Plus the sauce was skimpy; several pieces had none. I ordered white rice and got fried. I think my days there are over. Not much in commerce that is fit to eat anymore unless you go to grease-laden stuff.

I work at Blazers in commerce on Sundays and the past two weekends I’ve done a Uber Eats order for ORGINAL orange chicken each time I’ve gotten spicy .. I called to complain and the man on the phone wanted to argue with me about it. I’m sitting here sweating off the chicken and he tries to tell me it is original. I will NOT order from this location again.

Ordered at the drive through, the lady taking the order continued to over talk us, resulting in her taking the order wrong. When we paid the total was higher than normal and we noticed we had been charged for an extra plate. When asked if the extra plate could be removed and refunded they said the manager did not allow them to give refunds. And then they offered us free food which we didn’t need seeing as we already had an extra plate now that was not needed. After leaving and getting home not a single plate was correct and food that was actually ordered was missing and not in the bag. So for a first time experience we are highly disappointed.

This was out first time ever going to a Panda E, the staff was knowledgeable and humble, explaining how things worked. The food however was bland the orange chicken and honey sesame chicken was over cooked crunchy and not appetizing. The chow mein was bland and didn’t have any flavor to it, even though it had onions I couldn’t taste or smell them. The grilled teriyaki chicken tasted like catfish and was off-putting my choice to continue eating.
