Very good Chinese fast food with some healthy options like the super greens and grilled teriyaki chicken. Service was a little slow but not unreasonable with small dining room location. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get so it’s a good value

I waited an Hour and a half for a pick up order. To use the app order ahead and arrive at the time they listed for when I can pick up my food. And still wait over and hour to get my food is not good service. It’s fast food that was ordered ahead of time you do that so you don’t have to wait. I’ve ordered the same order in store and waited less time. There’s no excuse for this being busy is one thing but over an hour is ridiculous would you wait that long for your food your fast food that your ordered ahead I don’t think you would. Staff was nice though. Management of order fulfillment needs work.

Im extremely disappointed about my food. I ordered the steak and shrimp and I asked the lady where they going to bring out any more steak.She said, no I said this doesn’t look fresh, she said it only been out 5 minutes.I just tried the steak and it tastes burnt hard.and old. There is no way that this food has only been sensitive for 5 minutes. When i called the store to talk to someone , no one answered the phone. I live twenty minutes away , so to go all the way home to find out that the food is horrible is a real problem for me.

Panda Express is not the same how it used to be when I was growing up! I haven’t had it in a while due to the lack of consistency with the quality of the food but I decided to give it a chance today. The rice is really bland and flavorless slightly undercooked—luckily I was able to get fresh chicken because I came during the lunch rush. the honey sesame chicken was okay. I also had a side of teriyaki chicken and it wasn’t the best. Way too much fat on the chicken. They have new refresher teas— I tried the pomegranate pineapple.. that was the best thing I purchased.

I don’t like writing negative reviews, but unfortunately, I did not have the best experience today. We placed an online order at this location. When I was able to get the server’s attention, I informed her about the order and was told they were working on it.
Thirty minutes later, after speaking with another server and then the original server again, I decided to take matters into my own hands and got in line, as customers in line were receiving their orders in a timely manner. Once I got in line, I finally received my order—along with apologies from the staff.
Please consider improving the process for handling online orders. It should not take 45 minutes to an hour for an online order to be fulfilled. I arrived 20–25 minutes after placing the order and still had to wait over 30 minutes to receive it.

I order from this location weekly. I always place an online order as this location is very busy and sometimes has a long line. My orders are consistently accurate and the food is hot and fresh.

The food is fine. But the wait is extreme. I came at 800pm on Friday and was 10th in line. It took 30 mins to get through the line and check out (wasn’t waiting on food). The staff is working hard, but the high volume of take out orders really slowed things down. Management needs to figure out how to fix this.

My family and I love going to Panda Express . I do not like giving negative reviews and there was nothing wrong with the food but I saw few roaches running on the counter. That’s a no for me. I won’t be going there for a long time. They need to have the restaurant treated for roaches.
