My experience with this Panda Express location is the food was good, but the bathroom was a mess along with the dining area. Tables weren’t wiped down, trash cans were overflowing, and it gave the place an unorganized feel despite the food being fresh and tasty. It took away from the overall experience, because a clean environment makes a big difference when dining in. With a little more attention to cleanliness and upkeep, this location could easily match the quality of the food they serve.

Get an order of Spring rolls and rangoons. Always make sure they put that fortune cookies/cookies in the bag… it’s part of the Panda experience. You will be satisfied with this location. Clean, prompt service, polite and professional as well.

I was ordering food and the employee helping me, Paola, made the process really difficult. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier or miscommunication, but I politely asked for a double protein plate and explained clearly that I wanted to swap one of the teriyaki portions for steak and broccoli.
Instead, she added the wrong items (mushrooms and chicken, and broccoli and chicken) and even told a coworker to make a side of teriyaki. Mistakes happen, but when I asked her to remake it—and offered to calmly walk through it step by step—she got an attitude. The remade plate was sloppy, and the overall customer service was extremely poor.
I’ve been to a lot of Panda Express locations and have never had an experience like this. I genuinely like Panda Express, but I won’t be returning to this particular location.

I arrived 45mins before closing and was not permitted to place my order. Staff member stated the kitchen was close. Mind you as I was walking in a gentleman was leaving out after placing his order.

I agree with other reviews that this location used to be good, especially when they first opened. The quality of this Panda express has most definitely gone down, which is sad. The customer service is terrible, food is not fresh, employees don’t seem to be clean, etc. I am just going to stop going here and take my business elsewhere. There are much better options in the area.

We accidentally found this location a few months back and we were wowed! We’ve been eating there almost weekly. For a fast food restaurant, the food is amazing, always fresh, tasty, and served quickly. Have to agree with one of the reviews, their food is better than some Asian restaurants.

Doesn’t like serving black American customers. Asian man that works there didn’t greet nor handed me the food. He placed it on the table instead because he didn’t want to show signs of respect and hand it to me. Please be careful spending your money with establishments like this.

I get dinner here pretty frequently when I don’t feel like cooking after a long work day. It’s honestly better than most Chinese restaurants I’ve been to in the area, without being $20 for a meal.
The Cantonese Brisket special they have right now is amazing, highly recommended. The food has always been fresh and hot, and whenever they are out of something on the line I never have to wait more than 10 minutes.
I think he might be the owner (or at least the GM?) but the older gentleman who usually mans the counter is very nice, and I like when he rings a bell any time someone donates to the children’s hospital.

Wrote in big letters in the notes not to forget the teriyaki sauce. Like panda does all the time through ubereats. Whats the point of having notes? Stop hiring useless people. I ordered teriyaki chicken. Not grilled chicken.
My order with came with fried rice instead of chow mein. My employees came with chow mein instead of fried rice.
No chili sauce that I had requested.
