I was running errands last night, rushed and grabbed my food. By time I finally had a chance to eat, I notice I did NOT get the chow mein I ordered with my bigger plate. I called the store to get the matter rectified but no one answered so now I’m leaving this review.

I will never eat at this location ever again. I had to throw my food away. I order a combo, the food was horrible, the rice was sticky, the orange chicken was just breading and no chicken and very little steak and it was raw, was more mushrooms than steak! The egg rolls were not tasty they were burnt and taste like left over rubber egg rolls. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!

Ate here last night But I’m glad I ate only a little bit because my daughter got food poisoning smh not even two hours after we got home and ate she was sick. The rice and lo mein were dry, chicken teriyaki looked under cooked. Yall need to do better

I love this location, but wish it had a drive through. I always order with the mobile app so I can skip the line. The employees are always friendly & efficient. Sometimes they are slammed and they still always do a good job taking care of everyone. The orange chicken & super greens are my favorite.

This is a mixed bag experience. On other days the regular plate we had had so much food in it that we had to put some aside for another day. Today however we felt to try the bigger plates so we ordered and went to pick them up, I had to ask the server if she was sure I got the right order because the bag felt almost empty. So don’t throw money away on their bigger plate options just get the regular plate.

I feel like the GM and assistant GM are pushing to short portion people. I eat at Panda and chipotle, when I am out of town and I have eaten here over two times. Every time the manager or assistant manager are working, they give less portions than every other Panda. This is the only Panda out of over 40 that I have seen this issue.

The heavy set lady that was scooping food next to the guy has a horrible attitude and was so RUDE tonight .. additionally she kept completely ignoring my requests for the food I was purchasing tonight until I had to yell and then she dumped my food out back into the buffet line with rice and stuff stuck all over it. If she owned this establishment she would not have behaved the way she did tonight, absolutely Horrible service tonight!!! Do better or find another job that doesn’t involve servicing PAYING customers!!!!!!!!

This my favorite Panda Express location! The flavor of the food never misses! The food is always hot and fresh and full of flavor compared to the camp creek location and riverdale. The service here is quick and the staff are friendly !

I understand restaurants shake the spoons, but they must have shaken the spoon a few extra times after the regular shakes because the portion that I received was like a kids’ meal. I’m a grown man, not a child. I Placed an online order when I got the counter and she handed me the bag I noticed it felt kind of light and when I got home they barely gave me any meat n rice I ordered the plate but it looked like the bowl with both meats combined to 1 I noticed over the years the portions has been getting smaller and smaller but this ridiculous I just need to start back going to the Chinese restaurant in the mall they give you your money worths and then some or just be there in person to order. Words of advice never order online or your plate would look like mine did

Natalia or Natalie or whatever her name is needs to be fired asap she slows lines down crazy. Serve the people waiting in line before making door dash and to go order plates I can’t even count how many times they run out of food by the time it’s my turn meanwhile the Togo plate they made isn’t getting picked up for 20 min. Also how long are you dealing with a change shortage? Get more 1s and 5’s from the bank no reason I should be getting 5$ back in quarters.
