I know everyone & every place has a bad day but that shouldn’t spill over onto a paying customer. Service was terrible, they made me feel like I was such a bother. It was a hour before close but it was just me & my order was not difficult. I had to wait for the cook to come back inside (visiting with someone) to cook the greens that were part of my meal. I felt like a huge inconvience. They gave me my food but I couldn’t get a receipt (she couldn’t reprint it) Asked for some sauce & that was a huge inconvenience for her. Had I not been so hungry (worked a 9hour shift) & had my❤️set on some Panda Express I would have went someplace else. Tip it off when I finally got to take a bite it was All Cold Guess I should have expected that. Seriously, I love Panda Express but I would Never Ever go to this location again. Everything Sucked & They Made Me Feel Like I wasn’t worth being kind to.

Food quality varies greatly. Sometimes they have fresh food and good variety. Other times no variety, stale food. Sometimes the food is not hot, seems like it’s been sitting a while. Portions are usually generous though. Service is typically average. Atmosphere average.

I am a constant customer of this store and on several occasions this same employee who is a girl has taken unpleasant actions for me as a customer, today I arrive at 8:50 pm at the store and when I was going to enter the same girl I close the door in my face and told me how badly it was for the drive thru I think this is something intolerable, said employee deserves a wake-up call from the store administration, today this store has lost a customer. The restaurant has closing hours at 10pm, and on several occasions they close earlier, today they placed a sign where it says that the restaurant closes at 9pm and the drive-thru 10pm but the person who will place closed the door at 8:50 and did not let us in even with 10 minutes left. This restaurant always has very bad service.

I was highly dissatisfied with my service at this particular location on December 13th. I placed an order via the Panda Express app so my food would be ready at pickup. When I got there I could see my order on the pickup behind the register but nobody would help me and simply just hand my food to me. The cashier at the register or ANY other worker spoke to me while I was standing besides the register waiting on somebody to assist me. The cashier made me wait until she checked out 4-5 other customer before she would even ask me what I needed. I felt like this was bad service as I placed my order online in order to skip the line. I had a 5 year old with me and I needed fast service. I even spoke out to see if any other worker could help me while the cashier was still checking out other customers. A worker literally walked right past me. No eye contact at all and acted like I wasn’t even there. I was so frustrated I was honestly just gonna walk behind the register and grab the food myself so I could leave and get my son home!

Waited in drive thru over 20 mins to get a bowl of chow mein and orange chicken. The noodles were chewy and not cooked properly. The orange chicken was not fresh at all ! Will not return ! And to top it off the customer service here sucks !

A couple days ago I called this location after having my food delivered it was a complete mess inside my bag I ordered a bigger plate. I called and told them about the issue and the lady I spoke to name was “jasmine” after I told her she paused and said “ok”and I said it looked like they tilted my small teriyaki chicken sideways and the juice spilled she said “maybe it was the delivery person” and I said “he said it was a hole in the bag” my whole meal was like $22 she said she can give me a SMALL entree or have it remade, I went today and she switched her words up and gave me a small beef and broccoli, TERRIBLE customer service!

A month later I walk in to get food with a friend we order the same thing and we’re given portions sizes of hat were noticeably different. When I brought it to the employee helping us she stated it was the policy for one scoop. No problem, I was just asking for the servings to be even. I could do nothing but laughed as added one pice of meat to the serving. The had also seen her chiding another staffer for over filling a family sized serving of an entree. I walked out with out any food just because of the experience
I went in grab lunch. There were 4 individuals working the food line and 2 cooking. Although they were doing there best to serve us and keep a good attitude it really felt like something was off. People were having to wait for food to be cooked. I skipped ahead of the individual that were ahead of me. My order wasn’t correct as I asked for egg rolls and got crab rangoon’s. As I was no longer at the restaurant I couldn’t do anything about it. I tried the crab rangoon’s and were not fully cooked and just tasted gross. The other items I got were enjoyable. But a very disappointing experiences

It’s so confusing and upsetting when you pull up to a drive through at 9:30 and someone asks you what you’d like to order and when you give them an order and they say over half of the menu is not available. First we were told they had kung pao and there would be a 15 minute wait for it and we said that’s fine then they proceeded to say the fryers were cleaned and we can’t get anything for the rest of the night. The only thing they had was the sides. Really odd. Super disappointed. If the store closes at 10:30, food should be served till 10:15 atleast!
