Rebecca is always so rude. I have came multiple times throughout the semester as a student and she always has an attitude and rolling her eyes for telling her what I would like on my meal.

No kids meal allthough it’s on the board. I bough the bowl of sweet fire chicken and rice. I got FOUR pieces of chicken.. REALLY? Panda right down the road gives you more in the kids meal. Don’t rip us off at SCHOOL panda!!!

Stopped at this Panda Express on my way to KSU for some college studying fun, and I was happy with it.

Although I had to wait a little longer for my food because they had to prepare a fresh batch of Orange Chicken, the staff was super kind about it. When they finally got me my food, they apologized for making me wait and thanked me for being patient.

The place is clean and the food, like many other Panda Express locations, is GREAT! If you like Panda, this is a great place to go. Just be careful of parking!

As a panda express frequent flyer I can say without a doubt the quality of this one has taken a nosedive this year and I can’t really decide whether to blame ksu for raising costs over a dollar plus more per meal than comparable locations or whoever is managing this one for not training staff. It seems when ordering the three entree plate they cut back on everything you order in order to fit everything into the same container instead of using a seperate box for the third. Staff are polite but good God, have quality standards fallen this far along with prices rising? Eat here as a last resort, which it is, cause every single other restaurant in walking distance has jacked up prices just as much.

Just letting higher ups know the manager (only one wearing black and no name tag for some reason) yells at her employees and then made three grub hub orders and a plate for the Jamba Juice worker, then left the line and delivered it to her friend at Jamba Juice before she could even tell me one second then she’ll help me. The cooks were working so hard and she was just barking at them. Unpleasant and stupid how you can’t do a small side. Please keep stealing money from students with your awful management and rules that don’t even exist<3 slay bestie

The employees are absolutely terrible. The tall dark skin that worked Nov 18th around 7:30pm should be fired. When I walked up and asked how long the chicken would be ready, he completely insulted me because I was wearing a turtle neck in 40 degree weather…. He and his buddies were all laughing and playing instead of working. On top of that the young man took 5 minutes to even acknowledge my question because he was too busy laughing and being rude. Then he finally said “All I need to do it add the sauce..” Absolutely never coming here again.

This panda usually keeps up to the busy beat. Sometimes they slack a little and they are making whatever it is thats running out and it has already run out. The food on the other hand is very good and typically always fresh. I work near by and cant say I’ve ever gotten a plate that I was disappointed in at this location.

It’s okay. They’re very quick but don’t give you as much food as other pandas I’ve been to. Also having cups for water would seem like a reasonable addition even if they want to charge 25 cents or whatever.

The volume that this restaurant is forced to output, dictates the reduction of quality. That reality is hard to avoid for chain restaurants in prime locations. Given these limitations, there are better options that are less taxed by the large student population.

Additionally, the close proximity to a higher quality Panda Express on Barrett is the reason why (even when I have a hankering for Panda Express) I do not come here anymore.
