We ordered a delivery through the Uber Eats app and let’s just say those portions were outrageous in a good way they give you very good portions neither inside or delivery whatever it’s a very good portion. I always have to put them away because it’s so much. This is my brother’s order. He got the large plate. It may not look like much, but he can barely close his plate. Amazing portions taste amazing 10 out of 10 would recommend.

It makes no sense for you to sell the item that you can’t properly prepare. Why do you sell teriyaki chicken after you have ran out of teriyaki sauce in the whole restaurant so I’m just eating bland chicken this is horrible.

The food itself was acceptable and met expectations; however, the service experience was notably disappointing. Upon arrival for my pickup order, I rang the service bell twice before resorting to pressing it repeatedly in case it had not been heard. The staff’s response suggested irritation rather than professionalism. My order was placed on the farthest edge of the pickup counter, in a manner that felt intentionally unaccommodating and unnecessarily difficult to retrieve. While I recognize that the employees may have been under pressure or overworked, the overall interaction reflected poorly on customer care. I would rate the food as standard, but the service energy and attentiveness no higher than 2/10.

I love Panda Express but today was upsetting. Just look at the photo and the inconsistency on the cook. It taste the way it looks. I’m constantly on the go, so I don’t have time to be driving back to the store for inconvenience. Not sure who they have on the fryer, but he/she needs to either be retrained or moved to another station. The person responsible for packing this order which in restaurants is normally the Expo person, need to do quality control because if this is acceptable looking to you, then you as well need to be retrained or moved to another station.

We ordered delivery from Panta Express, and the experience was seamless. Everyone was happy with the food, which was delicious and well-prepared. The highlight was the fun fortune cookies which added a touch of humor and elevated the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We stopped here to grab a bite to eat. Panda is a chain store so you seen one you seen them all. But I will say service was quick and the food was fresh. We went around five pm on a Saturday. It wasn’t packed at all. They offer adequate seating and an outside eating eats as well. Bathroom was clean and available to patrons as well

ordered delivery. put in 3 teriyaki sauce but got 3 sets of utensils instead. poorly packaged, the box was sideways but could’ve been the delivery person. opened up the box and everything was basically mixed in together.

This specific location tastes better than the Snellville and Lawrenceville-Suwanee location. They don’t skimp on the portions and their super greens are cooked perfectly- not undercooked and almost raw like most other locations. I drive all the way from Snellville to eat here.

Your food is fine and your people are fine but I cannot handle Doordash anymore. I can’t tell you how many deliveries have been mismanaged or missing because of them. Find a different delivery mechanism.
