It’s been a minute for me eating at this restaurant or establishment. I’m glad that I chose this location on my Uber Eats app for dinner and breakfast. The honey walnut shrimp is delicious and I been stuck on it for years! I work in the area even though I never visited this location in Tucker GA. I’m glad that I chose this location it was not a disappointment. I got a big plate it was more than enough for dinner and breakfast leftovers. I got the fried rice with chow mein and orange chicken also honey walnut shrimp with plastic ware and a fortune cookie! Delicious food and a great meal. Compliments to the chef and who ever prepared my food. They need raises across the table. One of the best meals I ever had from this restaurant. Pull up and support check them out. I got my food on 10-6-2025.

So I got my food to go and realized once I opened it up, it had a piece of hair in it
Grey to be exact. I took it back and showed the picture to one of the staff. The attitude about it was less that customer service. It was more as if I was a bother to her. She said the manager wasn’t there so I can get something else or come back later when the manager was there. I just got 5 egg rolls equivalent to the order. I realize that sometimes even restaurants have not so good days, but great attitude and customer service will draw your customers back. Not in this situation! Bad day, and bad attitude? Sorry, but I’ve patronized your facility for the last time.

I haven’t had Panda Express in a long time. Normally I’m not a huge fan of Americanized Chinese food, but I’ve been craving it lately. I got a plate with lo me in, orange chicken, and Beijing beef. I think entrees vary by location because some of the in store ines weren’t reflected on the website.
The lo mein was bland and could’ve used more soy sauce or any type of sauce. The orange chicken and Beijing beef weren’t hot or as crispy as I’d like. I also decided to add 3 crab Rangoons for $2 as a treat. It tasted good with sweet and sour sauce.
The workers were very nice and thorough. For example, the Asian lady at the register spoke so kindly and asked me several questions like do I want a water cup or do I want any sauces. Surprisingly, the restaurant was clean. There weren’t any crumbs or stains at the booth I sat at. They have a big parking lot right next to the store.

I don’t usually review fast food restaurants, but decided to see what Panda Express had to offer. Nice selection of items, none of which were spicy hot as indicated. You order your meal size and they load up your foam package with your items in front of you. Selections are constantly being refreshed. Lots and lots of rice with smaller portions of the meat products. Ordering and meal prep is fast. Prices are reasonable. Dining room is nice. Hot sauce is available to spice up the dishes.

I have been visiting this store for many years and have seen many different managers. The new young manager Jet, is the most enthusiastic and energetic when it comes to serving customers. He knows how to greet everyone with a sweet smile and engage with each customer. He is also very patient in listening to feedback, and every time I return, I can notice improvements.

I went to the store on Saturday evening. When I came to order, the steam table server, Nisha, gave me an unfriendly look and walked away without saying anything — WHAT KIND of SERVICE IS THAT? Fortunately, I believe the new manager, Jet, saw what happened and immediately stepped in to take my order. He sincerely apologized and made me feel much better. He is very professional, respectful, and provides much better customer service. Because of him, I gave a 5-star review!

So the food is actually really good, I’ve ordered from here about 10 times (online) and I only got a side wrong once; other than that the food has been consistently hot, savory, and has great portions.
Please be kind to the workers. Some of you act like you’re entitled to everything. Go to the zoo if you want to act like an animal lol.
