It’s been years since I’ve eaten Panda Express but you know how it is when you get something in your head and can’t let it go? So here I am. I ordered online and received a 20% coupon for my first online order. I picked up my order which consisted of fried rice & chow mein, kung pao chicken, orange chicken and broccoli beef. The Snellville Panda Express was clean on the inside and all the food looking freshly made. The food was still reasonably warm when I got home which was about 10 minuets later. First thing I noticed was the size of the portions. It was nothing like I remembered. The size of the meal container looked like one of those small take away boxes you’d expect to get for side dishes and the broccoli beef probably measured out to be about 1/4 cup total. The food was OK, but just didn’t have that same good flavor I remember. I’m glad I got the 20% discount on my lunch today and that Panda Express will no longer be taking up space in my head.

This is one of the busier establishments I’ve visited lately. They did a great job of getting a lot of clients and food through the line. That staff was literally doing everything they could to make sure everything was put out and done correctly. The quality of the food was good too. It’s what I was expecting g as far flavor and texture, overall great experience.

I can’t find anything good to say about this place. On multiple occasions I ordered ahead to be ready at a specific time because of my travel distance from work. Each and every time they make the food immediately and it sits to get cold by the time I get there. And corporates answer to the problem is to slap a coupon on it and that’s supposed to magically make things all better. Don’t waste your time or your money on a bunch of people that apparently cannot tell time, nor can they read speak and understand English apparently.

I want to start by saying this by far the worse Panda service I got in this location. To be honest this location is always like this. Some good days but it’s mostly bad days with them. They didnt have sweet fire chicken, so I went with the honey sesame. I asked for a 2 entree plate and she definitely skimped me. I politely asked for the right serving size and she responded with “this is the correct serving size, if you want more I can charge you extra” …. I worked at Panda, this isn’t the right serving size.

Just left this restaurant that really had poor service. There is a long line. I ordered 3 double teriyaki with 2 with rice and a side of orange chicken. The young lady that was on the cutting board just decided to hold up the line by just continuing up chicken and placing in the pan. We all are looking like any day now are you planning on fixing our food. Then she proceeds to get the chicken that she just cut and place it in the box. If I paid for double chicken that’s what I expected. So I mentioned that I want her to get the chicken and cut it the way it’s supposed to be done. She take 1and a half piece of chicken and placed it in the box. Needless to say I could have just order 1 entree verses a double because that’s what I was served. No worries because this is not the only Panda Express around. I won’t be coming back.
