I’m going to be transparent. The food at this location SUCKS. The “fried rice” is a total different color than what it originally is supposed to be. The chow being is literally dry with no sauce…on top of that it stinks so bad because there’s no flavor. At this point y’all just hire anybody without having experience on seasoning and cooking food . This food is disgusting and waste of $28.30 that’s highway robbery for this lame food. Just plain nasty and I already sent a funky email that y’all always “provide” all I know is someone better contact me wishing the next 3-5 business days. Why are customers wasting their money on a place like this.

Disappointed by the Disconnect Between Posted Hours and Service

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves attention—not out of spite, but out of respect for every customer who spends their hard-earned money expecting basic professionalism.

I visited this Panda Express well before closing time, only to find the staff winding down as if the day were already over. The posted hours said 11:00 p.m., but arriving between 9:00 and 10:15 felt like walking into a place that had already shut its doors in spirit. No fresh food, no urgency, and a reluctant attitude that made ordering feel like a negotiation rather than a transaction.

Let’s be real: if your business hours say you’re open, then act like you’re open. Customers plan their evenings around those hours. We’re not just buying food—we’re trusting you to honor your commitment. Imagine a 911 operator clocking out early because they’re tired. Some jobs require showing up fully until the end. Food service is one of them.

I say this as someone who’s worked nearly every blue-collar job imaginable—from cashier to chef. I know the grind. I respect the hustle. But I also know when corners are being cut. If you’re hired to serve until close, then serve until close. It shouldn’t take back-and-forth debates in English or Spanish to convince staff to do the very thing they’re paid to do.

This isn’t just about one meal—it’s about the principle. Businesses thrive when they respect the people who keep them alive: their customers. I hope this review sparks reflection, not defensiveness. Because when you honor your hours, you honor your community.

If I could leave a zero I would. I ordered beef and broccoli and it is HORRIBLE! No flavor whatsoever and I ordered a bowl which means I got one scoop (spoonful) of actual beef and broccoli with a bowl full of rice. Will never go to this location again! I have NEVER had Panda Express this bad!

I went to this location in Grayson. While I was ordering food with one worker. The drive thru employee was talking about me as if I couldn’t hear her. The lead or supervisor didn’t correct the employee and was laughing. Then I heard the manager stated that I was looking at them. I was going to say something but they weren’t worth my time. Then the orange chicken was hard. I won’t be coming back to panda. Employees and leaders need to understand professional and keeping there negative thoughts to themselves.

My favorite panda out of them all. Quality of the food and the service is always top tier. The panda in Loganville is closer to my house but I usually come to this one in Grayson because everything at this location is top tier!

Pretty standard Panda Express experience. I ordered at the window, took a bit for me to get my food, and the worker had not one word to say at the window. Additionally, they made the person before me go park to wait after sitting for a bit. On the bright side, I had no complaints with the food, pretty good.

Food was ok. Ordered online. Order was ready and hot. Had the orange chicken bowl. Orange chicken was good. White rice very boring. Once home added some scallions, Chinese noodles, red pepper flakes and soy sauce. Made the rice a bit more edible. The bowl really should have small toppings that can be included.
